1. Install this Chrome Extension
2. Open a CAC page such as https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/support-policies-and-reference-information-744721658.html
3. Open a context menu and select "[iAC] Toggle the language switch"
4. Then you will get redirected to the translated or original page corresponding to the current URL
