Once this extension is installed, use CTRL + SHIFT + L at any time to bring the searchbar, allowing you to search on Google or navigate directly to an url.
Bookmarks and History permissions are only asked to feed the suggestions list.

- (2020-09-30) kevin johnson: Love it .What is the point of being able to fullscreen in every webpage if u have to exit it to type a url. Use this and a tab switching shortcut and voila no hud only see what u want.
