Early days work in progress of a system, that will hopefully force you to think about what you're doing online.
It'll be annoying to use, that's the point.
At the moment, it forces you to click on the number displayed when you visit Facebook, but the things it makes you do will be more interesting as time goes on.
The actual sites that it nags about will be configurable and the ways in which it nags will be randomly selected so that ignoring the nags won't be possible.
