Add a button which can be clicked to show all the tabs open in all windows. The tabs are displayed with their icons and when clicked that tab will be displayed.
Its is possible to customise how the list of tabs are displayed.

This is exactly what I wanted. A no-frills list of tabs, like in Firefox. Unfortunately, the list is blank.
