Extension settings are locked behind an account signup wall. Basic blocking features are locked behind a paywall.

Aka blocking more websites, allowing me to block words or phrases that trigger into relapses. When I try to sign out to sign back in, you mention that I have to pay $60 just for that. This is ridiculous and a scam! Don't bother with this extension.
