- (2025-08-29) Would 100% recommend. Even if it is just the free version, it does what it needs to and is very useful for when you work across multiple mediums. Secure notes is also a very nice feature, allowing you to store plain text instead of just username/password pairs. You'll have to fight with the Autofill from time to time but it is usually only with websites that aren't that optimized, so you can't really blame the extension itself. I got the premium to get access to multiple sessions and the ability to check and remediate compromised passwords. Haven't looked back since.

I appreciate one tip from Nord in one reply to a user: "please note that you can unlock biometrics as a login method in the settings." Will do this immediately. Só glad that CoPilot advised me to try Nord VPN.

- (2025-08-26) As a paying customer, I find this extension very frustrating to use. It constantly logs me out, and every time I need to re-enter two different passwords without the option of fingerprint or face authentication. For a password manager that holds all my credentials, I fully agree it needs to be extremely secure — but it also has to be practical and accessible in daily use. On my iPhone, Face ID makes unlocking seamless, but on Chrome I’m forced to go back to my phone just to retrieve the master password every single time. This completely defeats the purpose of convenience and makes the extension feel almost unusable. I would strongly encourage the developers to integrate modern authentication options (fingerprint, Face ID, Windows Hello, or similar) into the extension. That way it can remain secure while also meeting the usability expectations of a premium, paid service.

However, there are times when it not only locks the application but also locks my entire account, requiring me to log in to my Nord account and then my password manager. This can be quite frustrating, but aside from that, I really love this application on my MacBook, Windows PC, and Android smartphone (don’t judge me for my unusual lineup!🤣)

Or it should maybe help the user figure out why a login isn't working, like Apple / iCloud / iWhatever seems to have like 4 different passwords and I was as confused as NordPass
