- I have had nothing but trouble with this extension. First, I was constantly being logged out of the main account (with a secure generated password to try and enter. This seems to have resolved with many emails back and forth with customer service. It would also log me out of the browser extension constantly, despite my choosing "keep me logged in" in the settings. That resolved briefly, but has returned. I did get it set up with biometrics so, it's less of a hassle, but still a major delay to my workflow. Customer service responds, but it's a constant hassle of unistalling and re-installing the extension, sending them logs, ect. Then it will randomly get better, without apparant explanations from tech support. They may be fixing it, but don't explain the problem and problems keep returning. Trying to create an account on a new website and save it to NordPass is an exercise in extreme frustration. Two stars because the developer reaches out. I already paid for a year, or I would have moved on.

- I signed up with them today to try them out. I didn't care for it after 20 minutes and I contacted them to cancel They refused to cancel the service and refund the charge. They just canceled the auto renewal. So beware they will take your money but will not refund or cancel it if you do not like it. I would give them zero stars if I could.

- It practically never loads so I'm locked out of most of my websites unless I use the phone app and type the passwords manually. Does not matter what version my browser is or how many times restarted. Reinstalling the extension works, temporarily.

- I have several PWMs over the years, but NordPass does everything faster, better, and easier. It just works the way I expect it to. If I were a developer, this is the PWM I would have made! I wish all my software programs worked this well.

- NORD password seems good most of the time, except it shows multiple log in icons per APP. It would be more helpful if there has to be multi icons, to show the password of each icon. That way I would know which ICON to choose to open an APP.

- Sometimes is conflicting with other password storing tools. Should be one or the other and it seems like there's a lot of competition with google and nord. The concept is good. I'd just like to see someplace where I cam make the choice of one or the other not having both flash at me and having to decide which one every time.
