- I've been using NordPass for a year on my PC & android phone, and really like it. I've been trying for over two hours to get NordPass up and going on my wife's PC on our Premium Family plan. I find NordPass's instructions and online help sadly lacking. What it says to do to accomplish something and what you get when you follow their guidance just don't match. I find too many buttons to push that just don't work - they don't do anything. I can't get the browser extension up in the right corner of Google Chrome. I can't fingerprint MFA to work at all. Both work just fine on my own PC, but not on my wife's. A very frustrating install, indeed!

- When I enter my master password on the chrome extension, it says I have the incorrect password.. when I enter the same password on my phone's NordPass app, I log in just fine. It's extremely frustrating to not be able to access my passwords when using chrome on my laptop.

- I think I've been through two or three NordPass renewals now, and another coming up in January. This is by far the best password manager out there, until recently. It auto locks every time I need it now. I already talked to support, she said it will be fixed with the next release. I just hope that comes before my renewal. I'm having to use a free alternative right now.

- I'd put it at 5 stars, but the extension keeps logging me out at random times, and it doesn't always appear consistently on all websites. still works great, and beats any other one hands down.

- Has worked wonderfully on my Macbook Air in the Chrome browser. I use it for everything and, so far (about 2 years), has worked great. There have been a few times when I have had to remove it and reinstall to work out a bug, but this is common with a Mac and using Google or Microsoft software and services.

- Can be finnicky but generally does what it says it does. Wish there were more options for autofill and stuff. Maybe a context menu addition? Right click a text input box, select an account from your vault, then paste username or password? For when the autodetect gets tripped up by tracker blockers or bad website design?

- I tried a few other "Trial" versions for PassWords managers. The easiest and most efficient was NordPass. I signed up for an account once the NordPass Trial ended. So far so good which gives my rating credibility. I am finding it everything I was looking for.

- Been using this for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. I love the new implementation of the biometrics so I don't even have to type anymore. I just put my fingerprint on my MacBook Pro and it's awesome love this program. They seem to keep updating it and listen to the users. I love the company.

- As of about 13 November 2025: requires re-entering master p/w every time i log off and on the pc. Auto lock has been, and is, set to weekly: I haven't changed that since I installed the extension at least a year or so ago, but now for some mysterious reason it no longer works as per the setting. Developers, this kind of thing is exactly why i ditched my last P/W manager app. Your windows/android apps are still better than theirs, but if I encounter more glitches I'll move on to the next app, or just revert to manual P/W management.

- I used LastPass for years, and NordPass has been a completely different experience. LastPass always felt glitchy and inconsistent across platforms. NordPass is clean, fast, and impressively seamless no matter what device I’m on. I log in and out of a ton of accounts every day for my online business, www.101.fit , and this has saved me so much time. The time alone makes it worth the cost. It works smoothly, syncs instantly, and gives me that solid “trust state” feeling that a security tool should. If you want something reliable that simplifies your digital life instead of adding headaches, this is it.

- Overall very good - my only complaint is conflicts with iPhone passwords/keychain. On my phone I have to remember which one has the current password and in many cases Nord doesn't recognize the UID/PW prompt on iPhone apps so I am forced to keep using keychain. In other cases it seems like keychain "wins" on a login and I have to remember which password vault I use for which situation.

- My Nordpass has been working beautifully for a long time, then suddenly, of late, it repeated asks for my password to login to Nordpass. It works for a while, then again, over and over, it asks me for my MASTER PASSWORD. This is very frustrating and I have no idea what to do.

- Extension generally works fine except that it causes redirects for certain sites like Home Assistant. If I disable the extension, the problem goes away but then I'm left to remember my passwords :-/
