Description from store Version 0.4 update: Informs the user about my new extension called Reference for Ingress that supersedes this one. You can get it here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/reference-for-ingress/mkkjeehbjghbhjnfekacndokjpinnhgk --- Doesn't this violate the Ingress Terms of Service? No. This extension does not contact any servers or interact with any external web pages to perform its function. It is 100% compliant with the Ingress ToS. How does it work, then? It computes the difference between the current time and the start time of a known past septicycle. (May 12, 2014 2:00:00 UTC, if you must know.) This depends entirely on your own system clock and not Niantic servers. (This also means that it will only be as accurate as your system clock.) What about time zones? Checkpoints occur in all cells on the planet simultaneously, so your time zone makes no difference in the computation. Times are displayed in the time zone dictated by your system settings.

  • (2016-08-24) Hora Ruit: genialy simple :)
  • (2016-01-19) Andrea Paoli: It would be helpful if there was even the monthly and annual calendar..
  • (2015-08-03) Juan Aponte: I would like a way of seeing when future septicycle will start. Like in a few weeks and such
  • (2015-05-17) Jim Doolittle: Quick and easy at a glance notification of septicycle timing. Only improvement would be an option to display a month or two out.
  • (2014-12-12) Jennie Zell: A great way to keep an eye on ingress checkpoints without having to look at the phone. The calendar feature is handy too for looking at upcoming days.
  • (2014-06-16) Casey Lance: I stare at chrome all day long, and this extension is so much better than checking my phone constantly. Additionally, seeing it constantly is a reminder so I can head out in the last few minutes before the check point and try to either take things down or build things up. I try to remember when the next checkpoint is, but I usually forget, now I will not. Excellent extension!
  • (2014-06-01) Shauna Li: So much easier than constantly turning on your phone and opening ingress! Saves time and battery! Great app!
  • (2014-05-30) David Timothy: Simple and straightforward.

  • (2017-04-27, v:0.2.1) Jim Lunsford: How do you get the info?
I'm curious how you get this info from the server. I would like to setup a Telegram channel that would broadcast CP alerts like this extension does. Is it like an RSS feed? If so that would make my non-programmer job much easier.
  • (2017-02-12, v:0.2.1) David Ostwald: Time
Hi. I live in Sri Lanka (UTC +5 1/2). The clock correctly calculates the time remaining in the cycle, however it displays the end time as a whole hour (i.e., 9 AM) vice the half hour as it should be (i.e., 9:30 AM). I have found no way to correct this.
  • (2015-08-03, v:0.2) Duarte Teixeira: Pop-up in plain text
When I click on the icon, it used to show me a nice looking, well formatted popu-up with the next cycle times. Now it only shows plain text in a way very strange to read.
  • (2015-08-03, v:0.2) Juan Aponte: Future Checkpoints
It would be nice to see Septicycle starts weeks or months ahead.
  • (2015-07-30, v:0.2) Tomasz H.: Style
    No style any more
  • (2015-07-30, v:0.2) Clock Style
The clock no longer has a style anymore. When you opne it, its blank with no style.. (No stylesheet) I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's still the same.
  • (2015-07-24, v:0.2) Calum Heriot: Clock Style
Very recently i have noticed my clock does not have a style to it anymore. It looks like an html webpage that has loaded without the stylesheet. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but not had any luck so far.
  • (2015-02-18, v:0.2) Mads Vibe Rasmussen: 24 Hour version
Hi Great addon! My only wish would be a 24h option!
  • (2014-11-04, v:0.2) Lapo Luchini: 24-hours format
Hi! It would be nice to have the option to use "0 3 5 12 15 18" instead of "12am 3a 5am 12pm 6pm" as in many parts of the world they're more used and more intuitive. (even if I know, I can't force myself to remember why 12am is near 1am instead of 11am xD)
