Desktop Application for Salesforce CRM(s) integration, special designed for Call Center Agent / Contact
Center Agent.
How it works?
- Go to the Chrome web store, search the CloudXAD key word then Add to your chrome
- Login into XAD Extension with your individual call center account.
- XAD Extension will get access token and refresh token from SF and save on our database for another action (create case on SF, search on SF).
- Receive incoming calls and provides caller identification feature (screen pop-up) via your CRM application.
- Make outgoing calls via call bar
- All your calls will automatically get logged and recorded in your XAD account
- More features: Agent Information, Pause (with reasons list), Unpause, Show Call Waiting (CW), Logout
