Korrektor pakub täpsemat kirjutamisabi – grammatika-, õigekirja- ja stiilisoovitusi – kogu veebis(1), et saaksite koostada selgeid ja sisukaid postitusi ja meilisõnumeid.
Iseõppiv kirjutamisabi aitab kirjutada nagu professionaal
Elementaarne õigekirja- ja grammatikakontroll ning kirjavahemärkide õige kasutamise tagamine on tasuta. Lisatasu eest (vaja on Microsoft 365 tellimust) saate veel mitmesuguseid funktsioone, näiteks täpsemat tagasisidet grammatika ja stiili kohta, mis võtab arvesse selgust, konkreetsust, koostatava teksti formaalsustaset, sõnavara ja palju muud.
Isikupärastamine vastavalt oma vajadustele
Korrektor oskab nüüd ka teie Microsoft 365 rakendustesse sisseehitatud kohandatud sõnastikku sõnu lisada. Kui korrektor teeb õigekirjasoovituse, otsige üles käsk „Lisa sõnastikku“. Lisaks saate sätete kaudu kirjutamissoovituste eelistusi täpsemalt kohandada. Samuti on nüüd hõlpsam kõik mõne kindla õigekirjaparanduse esinemisjuhud vahele jätta, valides „Ignoreeri kõiki“, või valida soovimatute grammatikasoovituste eiramiseks „Ignoreeri“.
Kirjutage seal, kus soovite
Selle brauserilaienduse abil saate kirjutamisabi näiteks LinkedInis, Gmailis, Facebookis ja muudel populaarsetel saitidel. Kui soovite korrektori abi kasutada Office’i rakendustes, kus teete suurema osa oma kirjatööst, avage Word või Outlook veebis – saategi kohe soovitusi, kuidas koostada paremini sõnastatud dokumente ja meilisõnumeid.
Abi mitmes keeles
Mitmekeelse õigekirjakontrolli kasutamisel saate õigekirja ja grammatikat kontrollida kolmes keeles korraga. Korrektor oskab õigekirja kontrollida enam kui 80 keeles ning pakub grammatikakontrolli ja kirjutamisstiiliga seotud soovitusi 21 keeles. I am impressed with how performant this extension is. the level of user-control/customization is great with modularized settings to configure. It is far more than a dumb algorithm. It makes sensible, useful suggestions. Must be some decent language server that it connects to i guess... Try it !
