Why does it not just continue from year to year as I have PAID. I have already called once this year and the lady said it was fixed, BUT IT'S NOT. I guess I have to call again as I do each year. You have no trouble charging my card yet you can't seem to carry that on to my account and continue the blocking.!!!!!!!

I chose Fox to test it, because that site is rife with inane garbage ads, that are offensive in that they are in your face, and cannot find the real website information without Ad Blocker.....

The tech was great and solved the issue. He even said they were having a problem with their site accepting email addresses in the logon section, that it was a known issue. It is unusual to have honesty - rather than the usual "It's your problem, not ours."
