Download photos, videos and Reels from Instagram.
Turbo Downloader for Instagram adds a button to every Instagram post, Reel, and Story so you can quickly and easily download anything while browsing Instagram. The “Download All” button added to Instagram accounts lets you bulk download all their posts in one click.
NOTE: Please reload your Instagram tabs after installing or updating to load the extension.
While browsing Instagram, just hover over a post preview and click the download button to save it. If there are multiple images/videos in the post, they’ll all be saved.
If you’re looking at a post or Reel, check next to the bookmark and share icons for the download button, or try the hotkey Ctrl + Shift + D or Cmd + Shift + D.
A story can be saved with the download button in the top right corner.
When downloading an entire Instagram account, you’ll be prompted to choose a folder. A new folder will be created inside that folder with the name of the account being downloaded. Images and videos will appear in that folder as soon as they get downloaded. For future account downloads, files with the same name in that folder will be skipped.

- it does work, but in some circumstances (older videos), it will say cannot find video, in which case you simply only have to use the download button from the main profile. older stories it can't find, on the other hand, I'm not certain about. the issue of the button being black now is is odd, but its still functions, so its not really a big deal. otherwise, it works great! i'd also like to give a helpful little code fix. the author might consider adding a pre-condition (state) check on whether or not a story is already playing when a user presses the download button. as of now, (4.12.15-P), it un-pauses a paused video.

- function is perfect: are you aware the download post icon is now black, on a black background and very hard to find? It is to the left of the Save ribbon icon. This should be changed to white ASAP!

- it sort of works, i guess with like a 50% or higher failure rate? randomly decides it cant find certain videos or stories, says its downloading but doesnt complete if you leave the page too quickly. any decent download manager would just initiate the download and keep it running especially if the plugin is constantly active while i am on instagram. you guys have the permissions to keep the plugin running in that situation, and if the download popup hangs there for quite a long time without disappearing i should not be punished for leaving the page when the progress bar says 100%.

- Works as advertised. But one feature request which would this application make outstanding: Is there a technical possibility to allow to download all saved reels? On my insta I have a lot of saved reels and I would like a regular backup of them! In theory I would want to download all my saved reels every Monday at 00:00 for example. Would it be technical possible to add a 'Download all Saved Reels' button to download them? That would be great, kind regards from Italy!

- Excellent work! I would like to suggest the addition of a new feature which, in my opinion, would add a lot of value to the extension: the ability to bulk download (with a "Download All" button) all the posts that the user has saved in their private collections ("Saved Posts" on Instagram).

I am getting rid of my social media and I used this to download the craft tutorials that I have been saving on instagram. It was easy to use and downloads very quickly.
