It makes the process so easy compared to taking screen shots and then adding highlights and arrows manually. The only issue is that sometimes the icon showing where to click is off from where I actually clicked during the recording and you cannot adjust the dot or redo just the one step with the free version, you have to either keep it as it is or try again and hope for a different result. Overall I still use this for probably 90% of my needs and it is a huge time saver.

The highlighting of the area your working in is great too. Exporting to PDF you can make even more edits like adding a non-chrome function or other screen shot. I also like the ability to resize or crop images to condense the total pages. All around a great tool. Highly recommend!

Time saver but more importantly to me this is a training tool Often times people don't have time so these types of documents don't get created when they really should be. This is even a great tool for documenting your own processes that you do infrequently and forget how to do. The software itself does crash from time to time and has a lot of room for improvement but it is well worth it. I strongly suggest getting Pro to document processes not in Chrome.

You know, screenshots, open word, paste, write out the steps. This takes that time from maybe 45 mins or an hour to like a minute! Hi Author, I was brought by some youtubers, and I like this app as soon as I tried in the first time, it's very productivity. However, immediately I faced a problem, when I exported a Scribe flow with the dexcription written in Chinese words, the Chinese words display as cube instead of themselves, while the English looks perfect. Hi there, I installed your plugin on my Chrome profile last week to test and it was very cool, the idea is genious :) BUT it provoked some bug and issues. For example, I'm using Elementor on Wordpress and it wasn't displaying correctly after installing your extension. Another websites were also very longer to load, like Google maps or Trainline.
