- I have the free version of Scribe. I work in a school where I often have to teach new teachers how to access reports, set up online tests, and other similar tasks. Using Scribe makes it easy for me to go through the information once and then go back and edit as needed. When you click the mouse on a page, it takes a screenshot with a target where you clicked and AI generates a short description. The comments are easy to edit so I can add details and explanations, and if I click on the wrong thing it's easy to delete that step in the editing process (quite unlike trying to create a video!). It has saved me a lot of time.

- I do not see the option to turn on voice transcription under the browser extension. I have the Pro individual plan so this should be an option and this is why I paid for it. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the extension after upgrading to the Pro plan and still only see the option to "Start Capture". I don't see what is being mentioned in the help center.

- Loving this app for helping teachers figure out new technology. The only thing I wish I could do is blur the screen with the free version. Data privacy is very important in schools and it would be nice if I could have this feature without having to pay for it. This limits me from recommending the extension to others, as pretty much everyone I work with would need the screen blur feature and I don't want them to spend their own money.

- The extension is good and practical. However, today the sharing and export functions didn’t work properly. While the issue was resolved within a reasonable timeframe, there should have been more proactive communication. (There is a status page → no information, support page → no information.) Scribe advertises itself as a time-saving tool. It’s not time-saving to troubleshoot errors when the issue lies with the tool provider. (Uninstalling everything, reinstalling Chrome, reinstalling plugins, testing on different computers and internet connections – only to realize the problem likely isn’t on your end – is a real waste of time.)

- Misleading information about what is available in the free version versus the pro version. I wouldn't have bothered downloading this extension if I knew that I had to pay to export any SOPs I created.

- This is an amazing tool if you need to create guides. A colleague recommended it after I told them how long I spend on taking screenshots, inserting those into Word Documents, and formatting everything. Hours of my time spent going back and forth between screens and programs has been reduced to minutes. If you're thinking about giving it a shot try the basic version and see what it's all about.

I update some of the text here and there to details what we do, but that takes me 5 minutes, unlike the endless hours I spent screenshotting and writing everything up. So much easier than trying to do video's or create documents as it's all there. It's been a godsend

- Although Chat GPT for Chrome integrates Claude Sonnet and DeepSeek R1, its core functionality is relatively basic, mainly limited to single text interactions. In contrast, Tinamind provides a more comprehensive and integrated solution. Tinamind not only supports high-quality text generation but can also seamlessly convert content into mind maps or charts, greatly enhancing information organization, visualization, and in-depth understanding capabilities. For users pursuing higher efficiency and a richer content creation experience, Tinamind is a more attractive choice.

- It's a great concept. I hate that I can't export my training documents to a PDF unless I'm on a paid subscription. I was able to find a few other sites that offer the same concept for free or a more affordable rate for what I need.
