We use it to find the right prospects for each we target. Cognism then helps us to find the right contact details of those prospects. It provides us with their mobile phone and email address. If the mobile number isn't available we can request Cognism to find it. This helps us to massively speed up our sales cycles as we can find the right prospects and then quickly reach out to them. The quality of the contact information is high, they have it for almost every prospect. When looking for the prospect there's a vast amount of filters available, which makes it easy to find the prospects that have decision power. Another great thing is that they proactively gave our whole team an in person training, which helped us a lot on getting familiar and confident in working with the tool. I'm sure we'll be using Cognism for many more years!

There are certain features that other tools offer as compared to Cognism. Things like company hierarchy, more detailed information, scoops, etc. Focusing a bit more on the account intel and the UX around it would make a great difference.

I use it daily for several months now and it was so easy for me from the beginning, I really recommend this tool for its user friendliness.
