• (2024-09-23) 9sunskungfu: I just tried the free trial and so far its pretty good, I tried it on my favourite old school manhwa and though the translations are not perfect with chinese, i have to say ,its pretty close. I'm gonna sub for now and if it stays this consistent, I'm sticking around. There is another one that is the best i've ever seen "Scan Translator" but it costs a fortune because you're paying basically per page so its not worth it. EDIT Sept 2024: I used it for a few months and then stopped. Decided to give it a try nearly a year later and im happy to say it has improved even more. The subscription is so worth it.
• (2024-08-31) Accel Hiroki: Really convenient tool! I often use the upload tool to mass translate and now that it has ChatGPT 4.0 the translation is much better! The pricing is reasonable for what this tool offers so overall, great experience!
• (2024-07-13) Francis Pritchard: Why did you disable the option to move the translated bubbles with the left mouse cursor?! You ruined my entire Japanese study flow. I always move the bubbles to see the original text, and use other OCR Jap-Jap extension for the Japanese text. This review will stay at one star until everything is back to how it was. I am a long time customer and this product is getting crucial elements disabled that truly hurt my studying.
• (2024-02-26) Allie B.: EDIT 2/26/24 Still keeping 4 stars but once again I want to ask about the actual translations! Now, even when I'm translating manga dialogue (so literally just dialogue), I'm getting narration as if I'm reading a book. So someone can say something and then the translation will add in more. Example, if someone said "yes," the translation will sometimes read "'yes,' said the student enthusiastically." I'm not sure if this was supposed to make things clearer, but I've been finding that it makes it more confusing, especially when it will claim a character is something they're not (so it'll say that 'a student' is speaking when the character isn't a student, for example). ---- So I actually think this is overall excellent most of the time! I've been subscribing for a bit now and I use it constantly so thank you! I am curious if there was some sort of update in the translations themselves recently; the Japanese translations I was getting a few weeks ago are different from now (I reread things a lot), and I'm not sure if the translations are trying to get the dialect/slang now and weren't before, but it is sort of creating strange wordings sometimes. So like...while before, I would get a translation for someone saying something like "I was training," now that same thing is translated as like "getting my gains on" and it feels a bit like it's trying to fit a dialect that doesn't feel quite translatable? Not sure if other people who've been using this have seen a similar change. Admittedly I don't know what goes into translation and stuff but it sometimes comes across almost silly, especially if it is a serious scene where the translation is full of things like "that's totally far out my dude."
• (2023-11-04) Tracy Smith: I find it extremely beneficial as it proves to be a reliable resource for translations, despite the slight delay in page loading. The translations provided are concise and comprehensible. It's noteworthy that it successfully functions with CMOA, a platform notorious for its incompatibility with various manga translation tools.
• (2023-10-25) AjaxNoble: Lo use para mangas kr, jp, etc. Si me funciona cuando lo uso y activo el traductor de google, pero las imagenes deben ser "delgadas" me toco algunas imagenes gruesas y no lo toma bien. Quisiera que se pueda pasar del Eng al Esp, spanish. Lastimosamente no agarra letras en ingles para traducir.
• (2023-10-25) 環華溫: So the automatic translation works well enough but for unsupported websites it requires you to use the "panel translation" feature which is ok. My only issue is when using panel translation the translated word is not on top the original text bubble which blocks the other part of the panel. I hope it gets fixed soon.

• (2023-10-05) Aub: Payed for the payed thing of it, But my damn files are met with "Upload cool off is in effect. Please try again in 60 minutes." bla bla. CONSTANTLY. As a software developer myself- i have NO IDEA what kind of service costs more than the 9 dollars i payed, to process like a couple hundred images enough for you to need to implement a cool-down per user even after paying you damn money. idk what horrific server chaos you be running- or if its running off a damn raspberry pi, but this is annoying af / unacceptable. I follow the hackers ethic, and what you're doing with, i find straight up infuriating. enough for me to consider making my own alternate to this with the same features even- if i wasn't so bogged down with projects rn via my impulsive tendencies. 2 / 1.5 stars.
• (2023-10-02) jiji raina: I just paid for the subscription, its honestly quite worth it as its the most accurate manga translator ive found so far in terms of translations and actually creating bubbles that are not insanely sized and placed. Downsides would be: - slow translating time (2-5) seconds per image, this might be due to having the image being run through multiple OCRs though. - "save translated image" is broken, you have to upload images then download them again to persist
• (2023-09-22) Shafial Anower: The best app for translating images very continently. The translation quality is definitely understandable majority of the times. I have noticed translations to be slower past 2 months at times compared to early year. I am waiting for a panel feature for the ios app to help translate some official websites that block extensions. Hopefully soon!! Overall, I recommend the service and people shouldn't complain about paying for service when its absolutely worth it for unlimited translations.

• (2023-08-06) Jack Johnson: Apparently there is a "free trial" but I can't even get it to attempt translating a single page in said free trial without it telling me to "feed the hamsters". Either the free trial is just a selling point for the subscription or there quite literally was no free trial to begin with. I genuinely can't tell if this is just bugged or if it's a just another marketing strategy

It just bug me a little, do you in someway somehow, save for prolonged time, record in anyway, whatever your user upload or use in anysite? I don't think TOS is clear about this, correct me if I am wrong.
• (2023-06-12) Shafial Anower: The best translator app/service out there right for mobile reading and no other service comes close. I am able to read a lot of raw mangas ahead of everyone else. The only unfortunate thing is no panel feature yet on the app since majority of the websites block the extensions. Hope to see a panel feature soon. Otherwise, great app so far
• (2023-05-22) Yancy Gotshall: Works very well on most manga, though it seems to get genders confused a lot, with male characters being referred to as she/her and female characters being referred to as he/him.
• (2023-05-18) MAT: This is my second time subscribing. It works well, better than last time about a year ago. Uploading feature is also pretty good and I observed I get better translations using that. I'm not sure if it's possible but it would be nice to be able to upload/translate multiple files at once. 5 stars rating from me.

• (2023-04-23) Hiri: Pretty freaking solid, it miss translates a few parts but makes really clean panels of text. Biggest complaint is that the price is really steep.. the monthly pricing is higher than most games, antiviruses, vpn and everything that has a subscriptions base. 3USD/month, or 50Usd for lifetime, would make it much more popular tbh.

Great work! Please consider updating the translation backend to support more accurate ones (like I get better versions from Google Lens for example).
