  Ik had als geheugensteun genoteerd "omgekeerde van mijn e-mail" maar dat was de e-mail van mijn werk, die ik al sinds tien jaar niet meer heb en ook niet meer ken. Ik kan mijn kluis niet openen en heb daarvoor een nieuw paswoord nodig. Hoe doe ik dat ? Graag uw hulp en advies. Eventueel de hele kluis deleten en een nieuwe openen lijkt mij geen probleem, want sinds vele jaren noteer ik mijn paswoorden op papier in een agenda.
