Allows users to choose from a set number of widths for HLTV.org (1000px all the way up to 1800px).
Adds a number of other useful things such as: comment-folding, adjustable visible team ranking, match tier highlighter, a link to the user's homepage in the navbar.

Hello, can you add so that on the front page where you see "Todays Matches" that it also list the rank of the team so you easy can see it instead of having so you need to go in to team page to see their ranks.
