- This tool is honestly a complete waste of time and money. The sales process is full of big promises and convincing claims, but most of it turns out to be misleading. Once you make the payment, the experience changes completely. There is little to no support after the sale. Responses either stop or become extremely slow, and youâre left dealing with constant glitches and errors on your own. Instead of helping productivity, it creates more problems. Iâve had a very disappointing experience and would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this platform. I do have documented proof of my experience, which Iâm choosing not to make public right now, but Iâm prepared to share if needed. Also, Iâd recommend not relying blindly on all the positive reviews here. Itâs worth doing deeper research and verifying authenticity before making a decision. Overall, this feels like a trap built on false expectations rather than real value.

- Completely Unacceptable & Misleading Practices This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I stopped actively using the service long ago, yet payments continued. There was no meaningful support, no proper communication, and no accountability. When I contacted them regarding the issue, instead of resolving it responsibly, they simply stated that refunds are not possible and that âthis is how subscriptions work.â Calls go unanswered. Messages are ignored or delayed. Promises of proper support and faster response were not fulfilled. If a company continues charging without ensuring customer satisfaction or active service usage, and then refuses to take responsibility, that reflects very poorly on their business ethics. I strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing. I am considering escalating this matter further if it is not resolved appropriately.

- Very poor experience after payment. Once the payment was made, communication almost stopped. I have been waiting for days without any proper response. Calls are not answered. Messages are ignored. They promised to create a group for faster support, but there is no response there either. Taking money from customers and then disappearing is unacceptable. If you cannot provide basic support, do not sell paid plans. Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all unless they seriously improve their customer service.

We don't know the status, is it already cancelled or not. We already ask to support but no clear answer to us. Why is so difficult to cancel the subscription ?

- Extremely Disappointing Experience with EazyBe / Easybee WhatsApp CRM I am writing this review to alert other customers about my experience with EazyBe / Easybee WhatsApp CRM who could not face like wise my issue. 1. Misleading Information on WhatsApp API Features Their pricing page never disclosed that they provide only Marketing messages, not Utility messages. This is a crucial fact, and hiding it amounts to misleading advertising, which is a violation under: Consumer Protection Act, 2019 Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 IT Act, 2000 (lack of transparency) Only after purchase did they reveal that utility messages are not provided, even though this is essential for CRM usage. 2. No Basic Legal Pages on Their Website Their website had no Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Refund Policy, which every Indian SaaS company is legally required to display. This again violates: E-Commerce Rules, 2020 Section 43A of the IT Act (data protection) A customer must know refund rules before purchasing â here nothing was disclosed. 3. False Promises & Continuous Delays After raising this issue, they made repeated promises: âUtility feature will be live this weekâ âIt will be live tomorrowâ âWe are testing, will update soonâ âEnd of the dayâ âTomorrow confirmedâ This cycle continued for several days, with no proper updates and no feature delivery. Each time I followed up, I got generic replies, delaying tactics, and no concrete action. 4. No Accountability Even after missing their own timeline of 7 days, which they themselves committed, they: did not process the refund did not compensate for the time wasted stopped giving clear updates Despite repeatedly asking, there was zero accountability. 5. Refund Still Not Processed I clearly told them that I would purchase again once the feature is launched, but: They refused to refund immediately They kept extending deadlines They did not deliver the promised utility feature This is a classic case of deficiency in service.

- EAZYBE is a SCAM: Unauthorized $150 Charge & Non-Existent Support. AVOID! This is an official EAZYBE review warning everyone about predatory business practices and non-existent customer support. AVOID EAZYBE. I lost access to my sign-in email after leaving a previous company. While I used my previous company email for registration, I personally paid for the subscription with my own money. For two months, I repeatedly contacted EAZYBE customer support on WhatsApp for help accessing my PAID account. They completely ignored the technical issue and only responded with a useless, canned reply: "make sure to sign in with your registered email." My paid subscription was unusable, and their support was completely useless. Two months before the renewal, I spoke to a sales rep (from a US number) and explicitly requested cancellation to prevent renewal. I was assured, "ok, will do." On September 23rd, they broke that promise and issued an unauthorized charge of $150 for a service I couldn't even log into. I contacted them just 23 hours later for an immediate refund and cancellation. They flat-out refused the refund, hiding behind a predatory 'no refund policy,' then proceeded to cancel the subscription but kept the cash. They essentially stole $150. EAZYBE is unreliable, dishonest, and their support is actively harmful. They fail to resolve basic account issues, lie about cancellation requests, and refuse refunds for services I personally paid for but couldn't use. Look elsewhere. - The system is good and useful, but when I wanted to cancel my subscription, it simply wasn't possible. I followed all the steps in the help area, but when I clicked to cancel my subscription, the tab closed. But, ironically, if I clicked to improve my subscription, the page opens and gives me options. In addition, I tried to contact support, but guess what: I didn't get an answer (maybe because I selected that I wanted to cancel my subscription). If you're looking for a system that is useful and that serves you well after you subscribe to it, EazyBe is definitely not for you!
