I followed all the steps in the help area, but when I clicked to cancel my subscription, the tab closed. But, ironically, if I clicked to improve my subscription, the page opens and gives me options. In addition, I tried to contact support, but guess what: I didn't get an answer (maybe because I selected that I wanted to cancel my subscription). If you're looking for a system that is useful and that serves you well after you subscribe to it, EazyBe is definitely not for you!
