I followed all the steps in the help area, but when I clicked to cancel my subscription, the tab closed. But, ironically, if I clicked to improve my subscription, the page opens and gives me options. In addition, I tried to contact support, but guess what: I didn't get an answer (maybe because I selected that I wanted to cancel my subscription). If you're looking for a system that is useful and that serves you well after you subscribe to it, EazyBe is definitely not for you!

It has been more that 15 days now that my issues have not beed resolved. There is not ticketing system neither any contact number. Would not recommend this to anyone.
