I had my GED tests online with different testing site, comparing to this one, to be honest I don't like the experiences i have with PSI. They require Google Chrome to run, somehow my computer refused to run Google Chrome because I'm using Macbook, I was fortunate enough to have my cousin Macbook borrowed just in time for the test. My test took 2 hours, and this testing site don’t allow you to have at least a drink?? And even after checking all over my testing area, and they still asking me not to seat in certain ways midway through my test. Very uncomfortable.

Actually terrible. Literally have to give it one star to write this review but if I had the choice I would give it zero. When I loaded everything up on my computer it refused to work because for some reason it would not acknowledge that I allowed screen recording. Thankfully my mom let me use her computer and it finally loaded. So here I am sobbing because I am now 30 minutes late to my test. It takes me a ridiculous amount of time to be connected to a proctor who was meticulous to put it nicely. I had to show my surroundings multiple times including under my computer not once but twice. MY DESK IS GLASS. I had to show where my phone was, even though it was on the other side of the room which you'd think they would have seen from the eighteen times they asked me to show my surroundings. I couldn't have water, I had to verbally say "This is my scratch paper and pencil" just so we could move on with this portion. So once I was finally approved it took the site another five minutes to load up my test ? honestly I'm not even sure what was happening but once it finally loaded I wasn't allowed to move my mouth or have my hands anywhere near it which was difficult for me bc I am an anxious test taker. The whole time the proctor reminded me I can hear and see what you are saying. GOOD I truly hope you heard how terrible you are and saw every time I rolled my eyes at how ridiculous you are being. 94 questions in my test stopped allowing me to move forward and was stuck on that question. I asked my proctor why the test was not allowing me to move forward and was told "please continue your test". DAWG I CANNOT THATS WHY I SAID SOMETHING. Believe me I'm not trying to talk to you for fun. I finished my test but there was no easy way for me to see the questions I had bookmarked so I had to go through the entire test again just to get backed to the few questions I wanted to see. Long story short this platform is garbage, the proctors are ridiculous (and I see I'm not the only one who experienced this), it would probably be better to take it in person if you have the chance.

This was a horrible experience I have never been treated like a criminal before and I have taken an online test before but never to this extent, you weren't even allowed to move your lips without getting a warning, which I am sorry that is absolutely absurd. Hopefully I passed the exam as I don't want to take with this company again and my University will know about this. This was unacceptable to be treated like we were going to steal something. I see a lot of people had issues with the way the test is administered. I am working in a very small space and I had to move everything out from under my desk which was also insane.

absolutely unhappy with my experience I had to have 2 different people go through pretty much my entire house, told me I couldn't have bracelets or rings on this place is a joke and quite rude you guys have no consideration for other peoples situations and you think everyone is the same. We aren't plus they wouldn't allow any form of notes which is ridiculous considering I can't remember every medical term or very medical acronym there is over a almost 2 year school period, I don't have a photogenic memory. I think notes should be allowed and they shouldn't force you to have nothing around you no drinks or food or pets like everyone has a pet now of days you guys need to get your act together this is just wrong to treat people as if they are criminals that's exactly how I felt like a criminal not allowed to have anything.

The people that are watching are very extreme. I showed my desk like 10 times before I could begin the exam. The proctor wasn't that helpful. Every time I asked a question they responded with I can't help you with that may give answers on the test. The questions were not exam related. I was also kicked out while taking it which made me even more nervous to take. The tech support also didn't help much. The experience was a lot and distracted me from the exam as if I wasn't already nervous to take it. I hope I did well! Maybe get more supportive Proctors that don't make it a hassle before this big exam.

If I could give zero starts I would. My personal experience was tremendously horrible, I am highly unsatisfied with the service I was provided. I had continuous issues in the admission phase and during the exam. By time I finally was able to do the exam I was so frustrated and upset. If I had not already paid for my exam, I would not have taken it. The proctoring individuals were unprofessional and so were the candidate support personnels. Not only that, but I was kicked out of the website on multiple occasions during my examination which led to increase frustration and distraction. This entire system needs to be revised. I definitely do not recommend using PSI and I hope that organizations who currently use this system will find a a more reliable system to use.

IRritating level of obsessiveness from the proctor on the environment exam, beyong what is reasonable. Time consumiung, repetitive, unreasonable. Did not allow me to use my ergonomic adaptations like an external monitor. did not allow water. I did not like that the buttons to navigate to the next section of the exam is, "exit" not "proceed" or something logical. IT seems like you are closing your exam early.

I am writing to formally report an incident of harassment and unprofessional behavior that occurred during my scheduled Pharmacy Technician certification exam. The conduct of the assigned proctor was extremely inappropriate, antagonistic, and ultimately prevented me from completing my exam. Prior to beginning my test, I spent over thirty minutes complying with all verification and room-check requirements as requested. Throughout this process, the proctor’s demeanor was unnecessarily hostile and condescending. Their behavior made it clear that they were intentionally trying to provoke me. When I calmly stated that I intended to file a complaint regarding their unprofessional conduct, the proctor abruptly and deliberately ended my exam before I could answer a single question. This action was clearly retaliatory and malicious. As a result of this individual’s unprofessional and prejudiced behavior, I lost both valuable time and the money I invested to take this exam. The NHA represents professionalism and integrity within the healthcare certification process, and the behavior I experienced was a clear violation of those standards. I expected to be assisted by a qualified, impartial proctor, but instead I was subjected to harassment and denied a fair opportunity to complete my exam.

I don't like that you have to select "Exit" to end the exam. So many testing softwares are more seamless with guiding test takers to their next steps. It just wasn't as intuitive as the programs we have all become accustomed to using.

This online proctoring was harder than it needed to be. It's a SHAME we paid LOTS of money toward this and yet the test was run on sub-par software. I would understand if it were government funded but its not. We paid hard earned money to use this horrible online testing system. You can't even see if you are ending the test. It just says exit. Because that's super reassuring. If I wanted to fly blind I would have been an air traffic controller. Have you guys ever used Amazon? Your software needs to be that simple. There should be no amount of guessing going on during and after an exam. Unbelievable. After the harrassment from the proctor. Being treated as if i was a cheater. and the constant reminders for an anxious student to STOP COVERING THEIR MOUTH. Are you freaking kidding me? I would like a refund. This is unacceptable.

very disapointing. The system is horrible online. Would recommend going in over this. Everything was alot more complicated than it needed to be. The logging into everything and getting into the test was a nightmare and way too complicated. I was worried about my mic not working but then we did not even use it. The proctor I had was average. Not the best of help navigating through. I had questions like how to end the test or other things and they said they couldnt help. They did a complete 360 of the room, literally every inch and I couldnt even wear the hair tie on my wrist. They said in the NNA/PSI instructions and things for the exam that we could use a calculator. Come to find out that we cannot and the test doesnt even provide one as it said it would. Horrible experience, way too complicated and stressful.

Infuriating. Disappointing. Picked one star cause negative stars are not available. Worst testing platform EVER. I do not recommend using this platform for anything. I got kicked out of my exam 4 different times, completely logged out. I had to reverify and redo all the steps to get back logged in to resume my exam. I only used one sheet of paper for this disaster but they made me tear up the sheets that had no writing on them. Very wasteful of my time. I asked the 'chat box' that goes to IT why it kept logging me out. crickets..... nothing. no help. zero stars. well negative stars of possible. Do NOT recommend. proctor was somewhat rude as swell.

This system is horrible. I logged in to take my exam the Proctor did a 360 view of my room and advised me to close my bedroom door, I advised him that what he was seeing was a walkway to my bathroom. Then he asked to see my desk, then to see underneath my desk, then to show him my cell phone which I already had put away. He wanted me to show him where I put it, then I had to show my ears multiple times, I was asked to remove my glasses which you clearly can see are the free ones from the optical store! and to give a 360 view of them. Mind you this entire time I was talking and advising I felt this was inappropriate and then all of a sudden the proctor stated they cant hear me, and then I was booted out of the exam. Now I have to wait 2-5 business days to hear from someone regarding this matter for an exam I paid for. This is completely unacceptable! I've taken many test online and I have never had an experience like this in my life.

does not even deserve one star. my first proctor kept telling me how to sit and was extremely rude and would not clarify any requests and then ended my first encounter after 40 minutes of being jerked around. they made me repeat everything over and over it was nice to have them act as if i am a cheater, i felt harassed and wondered if i was going to have to lift my shirt. i have never felt so horrible and will never do this again. "sit to the right more right show me where you are sitting that is not it do this do that" this was a terrible experience i doubt i passed as they extremely stressed me out. the requests are insane. i got in trouble for reading a question outloud on pretest and threatened to be taken out of test. and then got a warning for putting my hand on my face/mouth. they can hear everything. it was so terrible. i honestly want to file a complaint as i will have to pay back my job for this test. NO CERTIFICATION IS WORTH THIS TREATMENT
