- It was okay, very standard.

- I had tech issues, I was disconnected. I came back in and asked if it would affect my time. The proctor ignored the issue and started doing the check in again. I was stressed out. I wish there had at least been a note that it would not affect my score so I could relax. Also the exit button confused me at first because it makes it seem like you will exit the test. Also some of the standards are bit silly like I couldn't have my closet open even tho it was behind me and there's just clothes inside, not really sure in what way that would have affected my test.

- The test was fine. But this needs to be improved, gave me anxiety and added unnecessary stress before the exam. This is a very uncomfortable proctoring tool IMO.
- Iamcalled2dowell Kathy Caldwell
- I had a great experience. The proctor was prompt and pleasant.
- Tashamia Jay'Trell
- It was uncomfortable, i feel so uncomfortable

- terrible. proctor was slow and made me remove things from my walls.. gave me anxiety before the test even started, do not recommend doing it this way. you have to have the most perfect environment, or they complain the entire time. Take it at a testing place not here to save yourself the added stress on top of the exam stress.
- Jacy Ballard
- no problems at all.
- Shifa Jiwani
- very very very horrible

- Horrible experience. Make sure your environment is BARREN, your device is charged, you've verified your camera and microphone work beforehand, and you can easily show your surroundings to the camera. No hats or head coverings (except religious ones) and you cannot speak, whisper, or cover your mouth/face during the test. Also make sure your computer does not go dark/shut off/close at ANY TIME or you will lose your connection with the proctor and have to sign in again. I also HIGHLY recommend signing in 30 minutes before your scheduled time to accommodate long wait times and tedious environment scans. Remember that if you are off screen for a single second, you get a warning. If you cover your mouth, you get a warning. If there is a SINGLE unpermitted object in your environment get ready to tear that room UP (especially on/under/around your workspace/desk). Overall 1/10 would not recommend and would not use again. Only advantage is the convenience of not having to leave your house.

- The test was good. I just don't like the fact had to move many placing because the way they wanted. I also felt that it can be improved better.

- my computer charger was not plugged in , due to me having to keep showing proctor around the room and fix things , like no stickers on the stable which were permanently there. but i sent a chat in a hurry because my laptop would die any second , i just informed I needed to reach to the side and grab the cord that fell off the table. i waited a couple minutes, but i was so nervous my computer was going to die right then.. i picked it up, i was still in the view of the camera! but got a notice that the next time i violate i will be kicked out...okay well i cant violate anything if my laptop is dead soo...just seems a little too strict. i proved my surroundings already to them. that gave me so much anxiety wow i am so on edge and that was not a great feeling today. i did this once before 4 years ago and dont remember feeling how i did today.
- Shawnteria Tyson
- I got kicked out three times with no explanation as to why.
- Kevin Sobotka
- this was a terrible experience. the proctor waited 10 min to answer my only question. then referred me to customer support. who referred me top someone else. i had to hang up because it took 50, YES 50, minutes. this is a terrible service and will avoid it like the plague.
- Ghulam Osman

- I needed to take this test at home unfortunately, but i will not being testing online again. It was very frustrating and time consuming to get into the test. It also gave me testing anxiety because i was interrupted the whole time and couldn't focus. I didn't know what I could or couldn't do until they threatened to kick me out of the test which was already difficult to get into. Overall not a good experience for me personally.

- It's not the worst but I do feel like they're extremely excessive in ensuring what you show. I had to move rooms because my partner behind me was sleeping. I understand why, but if he is frame and sleeping in bed while I'm at my desk how am I going to cheat? Not very accommodating for those without large homes and with children. Also I have ADHD and fidget a lot by covering my mouth, involuntarily, and even that was an issue despite proving I was alone and had zero materials with me at all and was looking straight at the camera the entire time. Could be less aggressive overall tbh. I would have preferred to just go in person at that point lol
- U KNO THE RULES ENT.
- They took forever to give me my test after showing my whole section and I started after my test time so it's definitely frustrating.
- T Rainey
- got kicked out 3 times, each time proctors asked for more stuff, even asked me to turn off security camera monitor, which shut down my whole systems. smh too many technical issues
- Mary Mottmiller
- I gave it two stars for how convenient it is to be able to take the test from anywhere and not having to go to a testing site. Unfortunately, I did get kicked out of the exam FOUR times and had to relaunch the sire and go through all the steps again to continue with the test. very frustrating.
- Kim Moore
- It wasn't bad but I did get kicked out of the test and had to re-launch the exam and go through the steps again.
- Katey Martinez
- It wasn't bad for my first on-line test, but I was not able to do the survey part at the end for some reason.
- Jacinta Ayo
- it was fine but I was unabble to do the survey at the end.
- Teneen Gainey
- It was ok
- Tanner MacDonald
- very strict, and frustrating, the environment check took 20 minutes alone. And they asked me to check a trashcan when it wasn't even there. Same with a TV check that didn't even work. Very AI ish.
- Kathy Johnson
- This was the first online examination experience in which I experienced significant anxiety. The proctor communicated exclusively through the chat function and did not speak during the exam. Verbal communication would have been helpful in providing reassurance and clarity, especially during moments of uncertainty. After reaching question 100, the system unexpectedly locked me out of the exam. I was required to log back in, which was both stressful and disruptive. When I inquired about what had occurred, I was directed toward technical support but did not receive a clear explanation at that time. Although I was ultimately able to complete the exam, the interruption and lack of direct communication significantly impacted my focus and heightened my anxiety. I believe improvements in communication and technical reliability would greatly enhance the overall testing experience for future examinees.
- Fantasia Burgess
- It was the best. The proctor was very nice and helpful. Although there were minor issues.
- Alexandra Sanchez
- literally the worst proctors ever. I literally had to remove the most bizzare things from my desk. So annoying took me 20 min to even start.
- Maria Rivero
- i had done the compability check before scheduling online proctor exam the day of the exam took me 30 min to get the PSI extension i google it and got it that way since the link provided keept saying error, once connected took about 10 min for a proctor to connect with me but would only use chat... shy not talk it was strange, and then my phone alarm started ringing i ask in the chat can i turn it off? 3 times didnt answer so i did turn it off and i got a warning alert and it was paused for a moment, question 84 he had to fix because i wasnt being ablo to continue. But when i finish my 120 questions he says just finish. the cession, click the finish cesion button! im glad i didnt there was an exit button you need to click first so i asked and then you go into a bad survey then you click finish and exit, thats it. losyt of questions badly formulated and several about same thing, some that are not even a thing... little bit like the study guide and exams dont mach with same info same here...
- Dora Suhrer
- Worst experience. I kept getting transferred to new proctors. They made me recheck my space 5 times. It was infuriating.
- Tanner Richardson
- Kept getting kicked out of the test.
- Lucas Sitolini
- It is not my favorite but I understand the extreme strictness of the exam I had to take. I was very fortunate that almost everything went smoothly, there was a 1 minute crash that I had experience during my last 10 min of my test
- Jeremy Shannon
- Honestly, I wish I could leave less!!!!! my experience was horrible for some reason the proctors kept getting kicked out (which I made sure my end was perfect before I started) but kept saying it's a problem on my end which I know it wasn't. so, I kept having to wait for a new proctor to check my room and each one found a new problem which pushed me back so when I asked about the clear problem, I was just told I got to call custom support. Don't forget you have to wait forever just for a response.
- Jennifer Meadows
- If I could give less I truly would.. horrible Horrible experience almost didn't let me take the test and stated couldn't see me but my image was clear on my screen. would not help will simply questions.. no real directions on how to submit your exam just hit exit and then it tells you.. your answers may not be retained.. horrible will not be using this company again and I was seriously considering another certification. it's best if you have a plan room not cats/dogs are anything.. you have to show your phone/ears/wrists/back and front of your hands.. like you are going in to a jail.. surprised they didn't make me undress. you have to take off your glasses and show that plain readers are not smart glasses.. it's absolutely crazy.. never again
- Judy Potter
- Great experience
- Malik Walker
- I had no issues.
- Jennifer Hrabe (Musalek)
- Great experience. Beats driving three hours one way.
- Maha S
- test program itself was tedious but helpful and easy to navigate, my proctor was unbearable and asked to see more than stated in the test regulations and made me move desks then complained about said desk and made me remove stuff that wasn't mentioned in the rules. I had 20 less minutes on my exam.
