  • (2025-07-13) Guirleen Albert: This is the most stressful test I have ever taken in my life. My test was scheduled for 6pm but it took more than one hour to fix technical issues and upload google extension. I hope I never have to take a test with them again
  • (2025-07-12) Adryian Williamson: I give this system a 0. Very stressful when your about to take a test!!
  • (2025-07-10) Frederick Acosta: Awful , the system log me out in a middle of it with no reason and took me minutes for them to fix the problem .
  • (2025-07-09) Bri Kiernan: if i could give 0, i would. it kept kicking me out then everytime made me verify myself and show the room like 15 times. I did not even want to complete the test at that point
  • (2025-07-09) Jordan K: Kept making me show my surroundings and adjusting everything, even after showing it and implicated no issues, only then to say something needed to go, even though they could fully see me and things around me. I think they just wasted my time and pissed me off to the point where I just wanted to get it over with. The condescending undertones need to go.
  • (2025-07-08) Mariana Diaz: I had no issues using online proctoring. Very helpful.
  • (2025-07-07) Bee Kay: I could not see the questions or choose option A for answers. I had to type answer A in and could not click on the option. The proctor could not help me and had me call IT after they terminated my exam. The IT person's only option was for me to reschedule. I explained I had taken the day off work to take the exam. He just then hung up and I was left to deal with questions I could not read. So I made the best of it, read and answered the questions as best as I could and had to minimize the webcam sporadically just in order to read the entire question. I was told I could not look away from the camera, had to show my hands at all time and was told I could not read the question out loud or they would terminate my exam.
  • (2025-07-06) tyson robinson: Would not recommend online proctor.
  • (2025-07-05) Tara Zimmerman: Easy enough with technology. I find it silly i was told to remove my SODA bottle from my desk, as well as remove EVERYTHING from my desk (mug with pens/pencils, stapler, tape dispencer, etc) and show underneath the desk 3 times. I hate silence and always have my TV on for noise, nope, couldn't now. I was really close to turning on itunes on my phone across the room, but since you're not allowed to talk (WTH? some folks read better aloud, some talk thru problems/questions to themselves, etc) I thought that'd be a waste. And the proctor kept reminding me to 'not cover your mouth. it must be visible', because I enjoy propping my head up with an arm at times.... how is that questionable/mistaken for possibly cheating??? Seems a bit extreme to me, but beats having to go elsewhere and wait forever to get it done, I suppose...
  • (2025-07-04) Gutierrez K: The first person I was connected with was zero help, connected with me with tech support instead of explaining what was going on, tech support than just told me they had to hang up and I could rejoin what was wrong, when i DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG. The second person I was connected with was fine, but that was an extremely stressful start to my exam and I had increased anxiety during my exam due to the stress the people caused me for 25 mins and then hanging up on me.
  • (2025-07-03) Sara Storey: I have taken online tests before. I had to remove half of my office stuff out of the room i was taking the test. I do not think you should have people doing that. I even had to remove a garbage can which was ridiculous. I should not have to be asked to remove my jewelry because that has nothing to do with taking the test. I was not wearing a watch. I did not use my paper but they still had me rip it up. I wasted two good sheets of paper.
  • (2025-07-02) c snm: The proctor was great. This experience was great the instructions are very clear. I was so nervous because I knew someone is watching on the other end but then you start testing and forget they are there in the end I felt comfortable. Now to see the results! Good luck everyone!
  • (2025-07-02) Vanlyn Bethel: The proctor was very professional. Instructions were clear and straightforward.
  • (2025-07-01) Sher Cha: People test differently. I need to read out loud to focus and concentrate. I was told I couldn't and was given a warning they'd kick me out. It was really difficult to concentrate on the questions.
  • (2025-06-30) Fabie Sofia: The Exam kept logging me out and redirecting me to start the verification process 3 TIMES! Gave me terrible anxiety because I was locked in my exam trying to select my answers when it kept directing to leave page.
  • (2025-06-29) Chikia Wright: Very Helpful Team. Helped me through all technical difficulties
  • (2025-06-29) Jaida Bukata: My proctor was very nice and specific. The test was a little difficult but also organized amazingly!
  • (2025-06-27) AniA G: Very professional, and fair. I accidentally turned off my laptop while scanning my room, but I was able to jump right back in. Thank you.
  • (2025-06-26) Karelle Fatima Assoumou: stressful, almost got my exam stopped because they said i looked away from my computer for like a split second 😭 i almost got an heart attack lol. other than that the exam itself was fine and the process was easy enough
  • (2025-06-22) Dayra Castillo: The proctor was very helpful.
  • (2025-06-17) Pam Clophia: The proctor was great. The instructions were pretty straightforward.
  • (2025-06-17) Kemsy king: tech support is the best
  • (2025-06-17) Moto Meatball: Easy to use. The proctor was nice and very informative!
  • (2025-06-15) Breanna Cotto: Easy and proctors were very nice and informative!
  • (2025-06-15) Kayla Biggs: I did a remote proctor and i went to my local library that have self containing rooms. I was alone and the only thing I had a issue with was my camera but that issue was resolved within minutes. My proctor was very alert, attentive and supporative. I did have a moment that I was told not to talk outloud which makes sense but was a little nerve racking as that is how I read my questions but I have no complaints on the proctoring service!
  • (2025-06-14) Kathleen DeRousse: Easy and secure.
  • (2025-06-14) Baano Aamir: So the proctor kept asking to scan the room and told me I could have decorative materials on my desk then made me remove all my decorations down to the lip balm I had in my drawer. Like do you really think I will cheat with a lip balm, if so please tell me how. Maybe don't use an AI proctor and get an actual human.
  • (2025-06-12) Dashawna Fowler: Very professional, and precise. Overall great testing.
  • (2025-06-11) Carissa Lopez: Exam went well. PSi testing is great!
  • (2025-06-09) Evelyn Cousins: Exam went smoothly. Proctor was good at responding to questions throughout the exam in a timely manner. Overall good experience. Now going to sit back and wait for results, not sure how long that will be.
  • (2025-06-07) Tanisha Smith: The PSI remote test went great! The proctor was so helpful and I really hope I passed my ccma exam.
  • (2025-06-07) kwabena Akoto: I love the PSI remote Test.
  • (2025-06-07) Brea Melton: PSI timed out during my exam.
  • (2025-06-06) Kyra: Excellent, extremely helpful!
  • (2025-06-03) Gorgeous Johnson: I love the experience the only thing that was frustrating was they kept asking to scan my room but other than that I had a great experience
  • (2025-06-03) Alice Twum Yaago: i had a very bad experiences and stressful day, they need to recontract their site because it's very bad and annoying people can be in the misted of their exam and the connection will shutdown, your exams paused leaving you stranded ,frustrating and i really don't like the fact that they have to all your time to fix it back psi really have to do more and make life very easy for people
  • (2025-06-01) Valerian Something: Long wait times for proctor; for verification; for tech support. I had to do the environment verification over half a dozen times, and the system kicked me out of the verification process and the test itself repeatedly. Also, do not bother to take the exam remotely if you have a desktop- they will not let you test if you cannot show a 360 degree view of the room, along with ceilings and floors. Good luck if you cannot move your computer or shove the camera under your desk. They don't care. It took me 2 1/2 hours to get the test underway.
  • (2025-05-31) Tammy Guin: I enjoyed using the PSI it was very easy.
  • (2025-05-30) Erin Paz: easy to get started, but I'm so incredibly upset about this testing experience. I took the CBCS exam, remote proctored at my home, just last week. My dog was laying down not far from my test area, they saw him on the camera, and asked if he's a service animal. I replied, " no, he's not, but he's elderly and he'll bark excessively if he's closed up in another room." They responded that it would be ok, as long as I didn't talk to him while taking the test. (He slept quietly the entire time) Tonight, taking the CEHRS exam, same exact setup, and they notice my dog in the same spot as last time. I explained everything, that they allowed it just last week, and said, no animals allowed. OK, cool. #1, this incredibly important rule was not listed in the other rules posted before starting the exam. #2, if this is such an important rule, make sure that it's adhered to everytime, if you had been as strict last time, I would have known to make plans ahead of time for my dog to go to a friend's house or something. Putting my 15 year old dog with canine advanced cognitive decline (aka doggy dementia) EXTREMELY STRESSED him out. Since there are strict rules to have no other people there, my husband had taken my daughter out while I was testing. No phones allowed so I can't call him to have him out and take him somewhere. My poor dog barked for an HOUR AND 20 MINUTES STRAIGHT, locked away in my bedroom. It was so stressful, and I could barely concentrate on the exam. Add it to the list of rules if animals aren't allowed. I would give no stars if that was an option.
  • (2025-05-29) Jack Stickler: Horrible service and really confusing ways to exit that make you question if you even did the exam
  • (2025-05-26) Allona Roberts: Easy to access and verify but I think most of the questions was not the best for a technician.
  • (2025-05-20) Krystle Ripple: Simple to access! Verification process was easy!
  • (2025-05-20) olya herych: Exam was simple to access and finish. It also was easy to chat with proctor.
  • (2025-05-18) Jasmine Diggs: Kept getting kicked out of and having to re-launch exam. Not sure if that was due to me testing in a remote environment, but it was it was a major inconvenience having to keep logging back in. Verification process is easy.
  • (2025-05-17) Oslo Man: This is so horrible. I answered 16 questions out of 125. The system sent me a notification to relaunch. I was signed in later. A survey was presented to me, which I answered. Then, I was asked to click finish after the survey. Then, the system indicated I had finished the exam. I don't really understand. This made the convenience of testing at a secluded location a bad experience for me. Will I have to repeat the test and pay extra money for an error not my fault?
  • (2025-05-15) Immaculate Isayi: Simple authorization and clear responses from proctor.
  • (2025-05-15) Michael Kahn: Appreciate for helping and patient to support me.
  • (2025-05-13) Dutchess Rose: Kept having to re-check in and re examine my testing room, which kept disrupting my test and was a major distraction. My proctor was great and answered my question quickly.
  • (2025-05-12) PHYLISS JACKSON: My Proctor was great when asking questions and when i needed help from tech support
