- This is my second attempt. Leaving comments since I didn’t get a chance to do at first. This time the experience was better overall, however it doesn’t change the fact that I had to spend additional money because of the initial technical failure. While the second attempt was an improvement, the lack of support and accountability during my first experience is unacceptable. I hope they improve their system and customer support so others don't have to go through the same situation.

- Worst experience ever. I have never used a software that gave me such technical difficulties. Would not recommend. I wish to use literally any other platform to be proctored for an exam other than this one.

- If you can avoid ever taking an exam using this platform then do it. It was 4am as I started my exam and an hour and a half in, it disappears with no warning. This thing had be crying around 5:30am because of God knows what. Finally though, after like 15 minutes, I was let back into my exam but I had to do the whole scan the room and wait for a new proctor process all over again which they took out of my total time. I strongly dislike whoever created this platform and I hope it gets taken down. So much added stress and for what... I agree with the other people writing a review that if we could all give 0 stars, we would.

- If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an absolutely horrendous experience. I have paid for my test twice now, so $230 gone for nothing. I installed and reinstalled the extension, closed chrome, opened chrome, was on the phone with tech support, did not help at all. They were pushy and impatient. Wouldn't even wait for a page to load, tell me 3 things to do in a process and then in the next breath ask me how'd it go. The extension itself is absolute garbage, tech support did nothing to help, I was counted absent after 30 minutes of being instructed to install the extension over and over and over. I also tried from my iphone, same exact thing. I will NEVER give PSI my money EVER again. I not only have myself to certify, I have staff to direct to either NHA or ASCP, and I will never suggest NHA again. Absolutely horrendous, absolutely garbage.

- Worst experience EVER!!!!!! The sponsor was miserable and the proctor kept bothering me during testing but had no solutions. The sponsor is either a miserable woman with no social life or a man who hasn't seen a woman in years! Either way this was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!

- Had me go through the "checking environment" twice. The first proctor must have logged off so I had to do it all over again. By that time, after I had to remove quite literally everything, even water away from me, it was 30-40 minutes past my test start time and I was extremely frustrated and not even in a good head space to test anymore. Was not set up for success with this proctor site. Just pure frustration

- Using this extension was definitely nerve wracking with the connectivity issues raised my level of doubt of passing this exam. However, the technical support was able quick to assist and answer all the questions I have. Thank you, Melvin. But I do hope for this extension to improve a lot.

- This was a terrible experience. I did what someone else did and mouthed something to myself during the practice test because I had no idea how to exit and exit sounds like it's going to delete all data. There were no clear instructions on that. I also was told to remove my hand from my face, when my had was kind of backwards. I was resting in a comfortable position while doing a math problem. My lips were not moving. I didn't feel like I could concentrate knowing I was being watched for every little thing. I also had connectivity issues as someone else had said. I was not fond of the whole test either because there was so much my class did not cover. If I would have known it was going to be like this, I would have invested in a different path.

- I did not enjoy the fact i couldn't read the questions out loud to myself after the environment check. I got warning for saying to myself "how do i move on from the practice questions" instead of texting it into the chat. I didn't like the fact i couldn't cover my mouth while thinking. I have really bad test anxiety and it's hard to sit still and not touch my face. The entire time i was taking the test i was hyper fixed on not saying anything out loud so my test wouldn't get terminated.

- I had issues connecting at first, I was told a few times I could not talk to myself, have my hands near my face, and I guess I moved and they could not see my face, I often repeat words back to myself and got in trouble for that. Overall this gave me the worst anxiety ever.

- I had tech issues, I was disconnected. I came back in and asked if it would affect my time. The proctor ignored the issue and started doing the check in again. I was stressed out. I wish there had at least been a note that it would not affect my score so I could relax. Also the exit button confused me at first because it makes it seem like you will exit the test. Also some of the standards are bit silly like I couldn't have my closet open even tho it was behind me and there's just clothes inside, not really sure in what way that would have affected my test.

- The test was fine. But this needs to be improved, gave me anxiety and added unnecessary stress before the exam. This is a very uncomfortable proctoring tool IMO.

- terrible. proctor was slow and made me remove things from my walls.. gave me anxiety before the test even started, do not recommend doing it this way. you have to have the most perfect environment, or they complain the entire time. Take it at a testing place not here to save yourself the added stress on top of the exam stress.

- Horrible experience. Make sure your environment is BARREN, your device is charged, you've verified your camera and microphone work beforehand, and you can easily show your surroundings to the camera. No hats or head coverings (except religious ones) and you cannot speak, whisper, or cover your mouth/face during the test. Also make sure your computer does not go dark/shut off/close at ANY TIME or you will lose your connection with the proctor and have to sign in again. I also HIGHLY recommend signing in 30 minutes before your scheduled time to accommodate long wait times and tedious environment scans. Remember that if you are off screen for a single second, you get a warning. If you cover your mouth, you get a warning. If there is a SINGLE unpermitted object in your environment get ready to tear that room UP (especially on/under/around your workspace/desk). Overall 1/10 would not recommend and would not use again. Only advantage is the convenience of not having to leave your house.

- The test was good. I just don't like the fact had to move many placing because the way they wanted. I also felt that it can be improved better.

- my computer charger was not plugged in , due to me having to keep showing proctor around the room and fix things , like no stickers on the stable which were permanently there. but i sent a chat in a hurry because my laptop would die any second , i just informed I needed to reach to the side and grab the cord that fell off the table. i waited a couple minutes, but i was so nervous my computer was going to die right then.. i picked it up, i was still in the view of the camera! but got a notice that the next time i violate i will be kicked out...okay well i cant violate anything if my laptop is dead soo...just seems a little too strict. i proved my surroundings already to them. that gave me so much anxiety wow i am so on edge and that was not a great feeling today. i did this once before 4 years ago and dont remember feeling how i did today.

- this was a terrible experience. the proctor waited 10 min to answer my only question. then referred me to customer support. who referred me top someone else. i had to hang up because it took 50, YES 50, minutes. this is a terrible service and will avoid it like the plague.

- I needed to take this test at home unfortunately, but i will not being testing online again. It was very frustrating and time consuming to get into the test. It also gave me testing anxiety because i was interrupted the whole time and couldn't focus. I didn't know what I could or couldn't do until they threatened to kick me out of the test which was already difficult to get into. Overall not a good experience for me personally.

- It's not the worst but I do feel like they're extremely excessive in ensuring what you show. I had to move rooms because my partner behind me was sleeping. I understand why, but if he is frame and sleeping in bed while I'm at my desk how am I going to cheat? Not very accommodating for those without large homes and with children. Also I have ADHD and fidget a lot by covering my mouth, involuntarily, and even that was an issue despite proving I was alone and had zero materials with me at all and was looking straight at the camera the entire time. Could be less aggressive overall tbh. I would have preferred to just go in person at that point lol

- I gave it two stars for how convenient it is to be able to take the test from anywhere and not having to go to a testing site. Unfortunately, I did get kicked out of the exam FOUR times and had to relaunch the sire and go through all the steps again to continue with the test. very frustrating.
