• (2024-12-10) Kayla Foster: I was able to make it work using my phone and the app. However, when using this app through chrome, it prints but the offset and size are incorrect - even when I adjust the scale. Please fix this in the app.

For those struggling, the only option I'm finding is saving labels as PDF to my shared drive with my phone (Google) and printing with the Bluetooth option/ Munbyn app.
• (2024-11-28) Nancy Miller: I saw all the posts on how hard it was to get the printer to work. But I will tell you follow the video in the link above. I added it as a Chrome extension and it pairs well with Shopify. It was not intuitive for me working with Chrome extensions but the video really helped. And the print was quick and sharp.

How do you update the extension and not think how that was going to affect everyone using the old extension, then not give an updated extension to accommodate everyone using the out dated one. Now the printer is completely useless to me!! I will never buy Munbyn products again. UPDATE: Everyone that has a Chromebook. Try FlashLabel Extension. It worked for me. Make sure your printer is on and connected to your device before you try to pair it. I hope this helps!!!

• (2024-10-22) David Pagan: Guys I was just able to print some labels. I removed the extension and unplugged the USB (using chromebook) I reinstalled and quickly opened the labels to print and was able to do so. Maybe I got lucky but hope it helps. Good luck!
