This Extension is a subsidiary of Munbyn printer, please connect to a Munbyn thermal label printer via usb cable to print. This Extension allows you to print the currently displayed Web Page. You can press "Ctrl + P" to open the print preview interface, select Munbyn printer and click "Print" to print what you want to print.

Paul Kennard 2025-07-18: The Windows support is terrible and the product badly needs a Windows App inline with its Android app. I was very close to returning the product but really need to get the labels done so will muddle trough with the phone app for now as the product is great when it works. Please develop the app for Windows and not just keep it as a chrome extension that is finickily and barely works, plus not everyone uses Chrome. I will put same review on Amazon in hope its seen, but will be Happy to update to 5* if this changes.

Yo Wakita 2025-05-26: This extension doesnt have the necessary permissions to access USB devices (which is needed to call print actions on the printer.) Thus, this extension does not enable users to actually print to their device.

Kayla Foster 2024-12-10: I was able to make it work using my phone and the app. However, when using this app through chrome, it prints but the offset and size are incorrect - even when I adjust the scale. Please fix this in the app.
Ian Porter 2024-12-01: No option to print even through on version 1.2.6. Removed plug in and re-connected. Done all the steps and nothing. For those struggling, the only option I'm finding is saving labels as PDF to my shared drive with my phone (Google) and printing with the Bluetooth option/ Munbyn app.
Nancy Miller 2024-11-28: I saw all the posts on how hard it was to get the printer to work. But I will tell you follow the video in the link above. I added it as a Chrome extension and it pairs well with Shopify. It was not intuitive for me working with Chrome extensions but the video really helped. And the print was quick and sharp.

How do you update the extension and not think how that was going to affect everyone using the old extension, then not give an updated extension to accommodate everyone using the out dated one. Now the printer is completely useless to me!! I will never buy Munbyn products again. UPDATE: Everyone that has a Chromebook. Try FlashLabel Extension. It worked for me. Make sure your printer is on and connected to your device before you try to pair it. I hope this helps!!!

David Pagan 2024-10-22: Guys I was just able to print some labels. I removed the extension and unplugged the USB (using chromebook) I reinstalled and quickly opened the labels to print and was able to do so. Maybe I got lucky but hope it helps. Good luck!

I have orders that need to be shipped but cant print the labels. I called support and left message. and left message on line. all I have recieved was how to install for the first time. I got it to work from my phone, so it is not an apple issue. But it must work from my Chomebook, that was the entire point because my addresses are stored on my chromebook.
