Changes and adds some functionality to the website "WeDrawComics.com"

This extension is designed to add some missing functionality to the site beta.wedrawcomics.com.
It can:
- add a BBCode parser and editor to the comment pages + preview function.
- add buttons to the dashboard to hide some items.
- replace the favicon with a new WDC logo made by myself.
- replace the title of the page with a more descriptive one.
Everything can be toggled on and off in the options.
