- Overall an amazing extension. Serves its purpose great. Also flows well with YouTube native UI. Has all the aspects you'd want for productivity and learning. You can use custom prompts, choose models you'd like use the transcripts with. Where it fails is the limit of 5 a day. On a research binge or just wanting to understand videos faster than watching, you will burn through this limit very quickly. When I am using the tool in a binge I burn through it in 20-40 mins. In order to get more of course you have to pay. You can still view and copy the transcript with ease, allowing you to take it and do the summary manually. Which is still faster than a native YouTube. But the limitation is the biggest downside. But there are no other flaws in the tool. I of course refuse to pay for more automated summaries with the ability to do just 2 more clicks and still get the same result. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a good extensions on this use case. Keep the limit in mind as it can be frustrating when you hit the limit.

- If you are conisdering to get this extension let me tell you in the simplest way i can, I feel guilty for using this tool for free, its that good. Accurate, does all language, has a feature to pin point the timestamp.I would kiss the developer if i could and I am not even gay ( considering the developer is a man ). The only problem i found was we cannot specifically copy a specific portion while including the timestamp the text will come just fine but if you want the timestamp you have to use the whole copy function which is flawless but when you copy entire lectures it gets a bit tricky.Otherwise i would have given it a 6/5 I WAS DEVESTATED TO FIND THIS WITH ONLY A 4.3 RATING

- The extension works fine overall, but I noticed some issues with speed and summary quality. I recently tried another one called YouTube SnapSummary AI, which provides similar features for free and seems to handle those problems better. Hope to see improvements here in the next updates!

- The new limit only lets you summarize once a day, I'm now using https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/unlimited-youtube-summary/cmohfjnlbonnegncdgnbcfcnjageeilk which lets me summarize an unlimited number of videos as many times as I want with no limits.

- You're downloading a 'transcriber' extension! Not a summarizer! For any meaningful use of its Youtube summary, you have to buy a membership! So stay away. Nowadays you can use your own browser AI to summarize Youtube and everything else. Or just use another extension that doesn't just transcribe for free.

- Very helpful. There is not enough time to watch all those videos, but the extenion helps to quickly learn more through the text and summerize. I can translate and publish them much faster now. It helps catching the informations that speed up around youtube!
