The negative is that, today, I learned that there will be a pro subscription give away... to only those customers who leave a 5-star review of this extension. This kind of gaming of the Google reviews – penalizing paid customers for honest reviews, even if negative, while incentivizing folks to hype, regardless of their experience – is simply unethical. But I hope that you reconsider this, even if simply to avoid the appearance of impropriety.   ORIGINAL 2/5 I really enjoy the newsletter and have liked the features. But there are issues that have moved this from my initial "liked it" to today's "disliked it." One is the speed performance. When this extension is activated, ChatGPT slows down so much that I wonder whether it has stopped altogether. Sometimes, it simply erases the last chat, as if they were not entered at all. Others have mentioned this performance issue too. Worst, and this is the real offender, the chats that are there in my history when on my desktop or laptop when this is activated are NOT in the regular ChatGPT history. That makes sense, since this is about tracking, searching, and organzing chats saved locally. But if means that accessing ChatGPT from your mobile devices leaves you cold. That's a trade-off that, in the end, hampered my work between devices. I'll miss some of the features that I have gotten used to. And there is a LOT to like, including the highly informative free newsletter (even with its spammy-ness). But, in the end, it took away more than it gave.

• (2023-11-17) Philippe Boblet: It was a simple and great extension but it keeps getting heavier on chatGPTs UI (slow downs) making chatGPT's UX unpleasant at best. Worse, recent chatGPT updates were not compatible with this extension, that tries to keep up. One day it works the other it totally fails and messes up the chatGPT UI. It's a recurring issue BUT there's still no button or function to turn it off, despite the multiple failures. The fact that superpowerdaily is selling (very expensive) subscription plans for a broken extension and service is a bit worrying. And don't get me started on their (almost) dead "support" Discord.

I tried everything from disabling auto-sync to deleting all my chats. It might be that the author hasn't updated it for chrome yet (knowing chrome's approval process, it will take a while) I suggest you just use this extension on firefox for now. = Used it ever since when I first made a ChatGPT account, and don't plan to stop! (even with the new paid plan)

I activate a plugin, then after refreshing the website, it shows "No plugins enabled" and I cannot click on the dropdown to re-enable them. This same behavior happened to a friend. Also, was a limit imposed on the number of copy-pastes into the message prompt? I cannot copy paste anymore all of the sudden. I used to like your feature of dividing into chunks, but this is not something I would consider a "premium" if this is what happened. The free version feels halfway to malware (as someone used to heavily ad-blocked computer usage). This extension is powerful and it seems like there's rapid dev work. It deserves to be monetized without question, but let the product speak for itself. I am a user that would consider paying a monthly fee for a similar service when I am accustomed to the free tier and see the value in upgrading. I just find myself wanting to seek alternatives first rather than sticking with this one due to these particular design decisions.

• (2023-10-16) Christopher Williams: Not sure if this has been reported, but i've noticed that for me using windows 10 latest edge and extension, with GPT-4 I can't take a screenshot with print screen (uses snip and sketch) and then CTRL+ V and paste that image into the chat for GPT-4 (which supports images and shows image icon). I have to save to file, then click the image icon and select the file (say image.png). Also say next prompt I want to upload another image but instead of making new name I just overwrote image.png, well I would then have to select another image that has a different name (like image1.png) then i can remove image1.png and upload image.png just fine (didnt test this part without extension). But without the extension I can CTRL+V and paste as many screen shots as I need to. And I do notice GPT cutting off more recently or errors out if you start new chat with a image, it fails to generate a response but if i give a text prompt first then image next one its fine (again sorry I haven't tested to see if chatGPT or your extension here). other than it randomly stopping during respone (maybe extension or not) I love this extension! Mainly use for the custom instructions I can swap between

The developer is very responsive though. Ill update my star version when i see the next iteration, but i think its going to be more buggy, since it has to deal with all of the new ChatGPT updates. Its still the best Chatgpt plugin i have seen in terms of features.

  Well I thought maybe now was the time. But using the extension makes the exerience pretty much unreliable roughly 80 percent of the time. Is there a place to request a refund?   So like some, I use a business ChatGPT subscription for private purposes too. This means disabling "Chat history & training" in the settings. The plugin was a godsent because now I could have a history my prompts saved regardless of not using the built-in history for conversations. However this seems to cause issues with the plugin. When "auto sync" is disabled in plugin settings, and ChatGPT history is also disabled I can't access my prompt history (saved by the plugin) however my prompts are saved, if I re-enable ChatGPT history I can access them (this seems to be a UI issue) as disabling ChatGPT history also hides the extra buttons from the plugin. This, is not a problem because I can still cycle between past prompts using the arrow keys. The issue is that most of the times my conversations seem to time-out. As in I ask GPT something, it answers, and a few minutes later I come back to the still active conversation. After a few seconds the page seems to refresh and my conversation disappears completely. This is unexpected behavior as I didn't have this issue before without the plugin (normally GPT would never clear conversations, even without history enabled, it'd just tell me I needed to start a new one if I prompted it again after a few hours). I'd love to help in resolving this issue because I love the plugin and it's everything I needed, however I can hardly use GPT when it always resets my conversations after 1-2 back and forths. I can provide screenshots, steps to reproduce the bug - as I have encountered it on 2 different PCs at this point.

  After 1 or 2 responses, the next prompt results in an "There was an error generating a response" error with the "Regenerate" button showing below. - Clicking the Regenerate button does nothing (it does not take any click commands it seems) - Reloading the page does not remove the Regenerate button, and the button remains unresponsive, see point above. The only way to fix this is to create a new tab, visit ChatGPT again, and go to the same conversation. This is time consuming and frustrating.

  Hello, I am trying to use your plugin with arc browser. To start a chat, I type my prompt in the input field. When I press enter or click the button to send the request, the conversation cannot be started, nothing happens. To add to this problem, I'm getting into one of those old conversations. When I scroll to the end of the conversation, I can go much lower than the area where the conversation prompt was sent. Of course, I cannot convey any requests in an old meeting. Before writing this problem to you, I deleted my cookies, in the incognito tab etc. I've tried.

  Hi Saeed, I love your extension. One suggestion which would make working with the folders more efficient would be for an existing folder to automatically open or accept a chat when the chat is dragged onto of the folder (similar to the way Windows Explorer works). As it is now you have to open the folder first before dragging the chat into it. If it's not open, you have to drop the chat next to the folder, open the folder, then drag the chat into the folder.

  I have been happily using Superpower ChatGPT for a few weeks. Yesterday, I began getting the message "Your OpenAI account has been deactivated, please check your email for more information. If you feel this is an error, contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." ChatGPT (free version) works just fine when I disable Superpower ChatGPT so I know ChatGPT is not the problem. I continue to get this message even with AutoSync on or off. Please help!
