• (2025-08-28) Heather Shin: This makes sending texts to my students en masse much easier. There have been some improvements to it, such as saving your csv file, that have improved the functionality. It is a bit of a pain to have to dedicate an entire window to it when it is running (If you navigate to a different tab, it doesn't send messages and you get a bunch of failed to send notices). If that could be changed, it would be a huge help.

• (2025-02-17) Katherine Williams: I pay for the "unlimited" version of this app. I am only able to send 42 mass texts per month. Any other text or group of texts shows as an error. I need to check in with significantly more students per month than that. I'm seriously thinking about canceling the service. I just don't understand why I pay more now and get the same settings as when I paid less. Don't waste your money.

Sometimes I wish I could add two photos as sometimes it takes two to explain, but that is about it for suggestions. I wish people did not see efficiency as spam, as it is not. Thousands of us use it at our company. It is a no-brainer.

It doesn't always work in Chrome and sometimes I have to open it in Firefox. That is the only thing I would like to see worked on.

I use the CSV option just like mail merge and WAYYY less complicated. You can also attach a photo or screenshot. The option to send texts individually and not as a group is perfect. The only thing I wish for is the option to highlight and bold text. I pay the small fee personally because it helps me so much. I work in education and this app gets the job done plus some!!!! I could not live without this app. Thank you!

The customizable features for communication using CSV, as well as the ability to attach image files, makes for dynamic and easy communications on a broad scale. Customer service is hands down the quickest, most effective and helpful I have ever experienced!! No kidding. Bulk Texter Pro allows me to easily text my clients for my weekly scheduling text. I can send announcements to my guys if I am traveling or the men's group is cancelled. 11/10 would recommend.

I would have given it 4.5 out of 5 stars only because I am unable to use textblaze snippets in bulktexter. Perhaps there is something different I can use in regards to hotkeys that I am unaware of, but if I could use hotkeys this would be even better.
