- It always shows "can't connect to the server" and asks me to log out and then log in again; however, this doesn’t work. It seems to happen only with the browser extension, because there is no such issue on the desktop.

- It’s been two years since I moved to the UAE, and the desktop app still doesn’t work properly. Every single time, I have to exit and reinstall it just to connect, which takes a lot of time. The mobile app is even worse. Then there’s the Chrome extension. Honestly, buying this subscription for more than 24 months was a big mistake. It feels like a complete waste of money. I’ve contacted support countless times, and all I hear is that it’s blocked in my country and hard for them to fix. You’re a globally known company. I paid for this service, so why doesn’t your VPN work here when other VPNs do? They can’t fix the issue, and they can’t offer a refund either. It’s really disappointing to see a company that talks so much about vision and values handle things this way. The Chrome extension doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried Chrome stable, beta, and dev, and even tried it on Comet. It shows as connected, but it’s not actually connected. I’ve switched between Secure Core and normal modes, and nothing works. I can share logs, screenshots, and videos if needed. Overall, it’s been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

- Good service. Have yearly subscription. They doing some updates but still have problem with QoL. Like they can add favorite country, server(you need to search every time if you need specific country but lol im paying prime for specific country. why i cannot just save it?,, . Sometimes have problem with live video as twitch. As p2p working amazing( torrents)

- ProtonVPN is one of the very few vpns and the ONLY prominent vpn that is actually trustable and respectable. Its only competition in privacy is Mullvad, but it isn't the best for consumer purposes, and is smaller as of right now (e.g. less servers), so ProtonVPN is really the best vpn for the average user; that's objective (if we ignore pricing at least). It's even open-source apparently! Also, just love how you guys reply to any rating that is not a 5 star. Even 4 star ratings get a reply lol.

- Excellent protection. The entire suite of Proton products are top shelf. The few complainers are people who haven't figured out how to properly use any VPN program. Proton is for people who understand the benefit in encrypted email, password vaults, VPNs etc. Highly worth paying for a product that protects you, as opposed to free services who collect and sell you data, making the online world a worse place day by day. Do yourself a favor and protect your identity and your data.

- AVOID THIS EXTENSION! Using it could lead to you getting banned or blocked from sites! One moment you're in Miami, and the next, you're in Poland! I was confused about why X kept blocking my account when I wasn't violating any rules and was only making about 5 comments a week at most. Then one day, I checked this extension and found myself halfway across the globe in Poland, just 15 minutes after being in Florida! USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK FYI I was using the FREE version. I have no clue if the paid version has this issue.

Been using the extension for a year without issue prior to today -- the extension marks me as 'connected to a server' any or all, they seem to be connected. but then all pages end up as -- Hmmm… can't reach this page It looks like the webpage at https://www.xxxxxxx.com/ might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_PROXY_CERTIFICATE_INVALID
