Not only does it now look better, but the performance has also become much more responsive. I truly hope the developer will continute the support of this extension.
• (2023-11-10) ⃣: It's honestly a very good extension however it will make your Chrome constantly eat loads of cpu usage even at idle. Just open any Twitter page with the extension on and check Chrome's integrated task manager ( ⋮ -> More tools -> Task manager) to see for yourself. I've tested this one 2 PC's and I don't recommend to use this until it is addressed.

• (2023-10-29) David Allen: It looked promising, but I couldn't see a way to pin my favourite lists for 1-click access, which I make extensive use of. That dropped 1 star. The other two are because every time I disable it, and when I remove it, Chrome crashed. Running latest Chrome as of today. I guess this could be related to interactions with another extension. The toolbar icon looks a bit odd from normal viewing distance. I appreciate the idea and will return for another check in a few months.

  I switched to Brave to avoid Youtube's anti-adblock popup and when I started to use Old Twitter on said browser, I noticed the text contrast was too dark and it blends in with dark mode. I don't know how to change the color of the text so its readable without highlighting it.

  Apply the ?newtwitter=true tag automatically to all pages that don't work with the old layout, specifically communities and explore. While I don't care about these features all that much, I would still appreciate the ability to easily use them on the rare occasion that I want to do so.

  The option that was experimental titled "Update timeline automatically on new tweets." will only show the option to load more on home timeline and will not actually load any tweets when ticked on, making the page essentially blank.

  Push notifications aren't working, I've tried disabling it and reinstalling the extension but nothing is working, The only way I've been able to turn push notification is by disabling the extension but when I re-enable the extension the push notifications don't work.   When you're in the feed... the scroll bar to go down and see other tweets... literally disappeared and you can't move it... it only moves when you're on your profile page or tweet replies... adjust that there other than that, the extension is fine!

  Hey! Just found a bit of an issue with some videos since adding the extension. Some videos, particularly those on the shorter side (noticed this on stuff up to 30 seconds long), load incorrectly and only show 1 or 2 seconds before skipping to the end and refusing to load again. Outside of that, the extension is working great and it's been a godsend in these times of chaos!

  Got a habit from the trash-tier Twitter layout. When I see a tweet look at later, I open it up in a new tab by middle-clicking the tweet box. When I use this extension, it makes me view that new tab immediately. Strangely it doesn't seem to happen when I middle-click the profile/profile name. Can you add a setting to let you choose to open new tweets but without switching to it immediately (kinda like how Firefox lets you choose to switch to new tabs)?

  Great extension, but for some reason I'm not seeing the username of the person who retweeted a tweet on my TL. The tweet shows normally, but the space next to the retweet icon is just blank. Tried this on light/dark/black mode, not visible in all of them. I use chrome if it matters.

  I love your extension. I have one suggestion though which is from an old extension i used to use. The option to remove the trending tab. Twitter these days is mostly depressing and i only like using it to see what the people i follow are up to. When the trending tab is gone it makes it so i never see any of those political, fear mongering trends that just end up making you feel bad
