Without leaving Gmail, users can search for accounts, select contacts, and automatically log the email as a touchpoint in Totango
Using Touchpoint Connect increases productivity and improves cross-functional visibility into customer communication by allowing users to:
- Expand a drawer UI that has a “log to timeline” checkbox
- Search for accounts
- Select accounts and associated contact
- Add selected accounts and contact information to the emails distribution list
- Record a copy of the email in the Totango platform for that account
To use Totango Touchpoint Connect, you need a valid Totango account.

- (2023-10-16) Nick Elliott: Was really hoping for a more automated process of logging emails to Totango, accessing email templates, and tracking logs (opens, clicks, etc.). This plug-in requires you to select the company you wish your email to be logged each time. Using an auto-bcc plug-in to [email protected] is working better for my needs. If you need to access your contact list and that's it, this was a nice plug-in for that. I've already removed it and will wait for the next version.
