- Fathom has made it much easier to stay engaged during meetings without worrying about capturing every detail manually. The recordings, transcripts, summaries, and action items are organized clearly and make follow-up much faster—especially after client calls or meetings with several stakeholders. The summaries are generally accurate, and being able to search conversations or share specific clips is extremely helpful. It occasionally misidentifies a speaker or misses industru specific terminology, but those are minor issues compared with the time it saves. Overall, Fathom is a valuable and reliable meeting assistant that helps improve documentation, accountability, and follow-through.

- What I like most about Fathom is how straightforward and clean the UI/UX is. Everything is easy to find without feeling overwhelming. I especially like the dark theme and the way my calls are organized by month. Being able to immediately see the meeting name, video, and other details makes it really easy to find a specific call when I need it. The transcription and AI features are also very useful because they save me from having to take detailed notes during meetings. I can stay focused on the conversation and go back to the recording or transcript afterward if I need to review something. Overall, Fathom has made it easier for me to keep track of my meetings and quickly find information from past calls. The simple interface and meeting organization are probably the features I use and appreciate the most.

It is the best recorder out there. I do not have any real dislikes, though I would love to see a native Notion integration. I know this is already on the roadmap, so I am looking forward to those features rolling out. Where Fathom really shines is in day-to-day collaboration. - The extension really helps for my Google Meets that I have on Arc Browser. So when I accidentally dismiss my Fathom I can just click at the bottom Fathom logo to let it rejoin. Getting it on Arc is a little different to Chrome, I think getting it on Chrome would be easier, but any chromium based browser should be able to accomodate it. Fathom is really impressive in terms of how it structure the summary of the transcript. It even adds action items that come out of the meeting. You can always review the recording itself, the transcript or just the AI summary from your Calls dashboard.

The Chrome Extension is helpful to let the bot join the meeting if the call isn't planned in my Google Calendar. Maybe it could be more feature rich like the Fathom Desktop App for Windows or allow real skipping and start recording like the official app. Over all a great extension.
