Captures pretty much everything from meetings correctly and creates to-do lists for you. And stores the videos too. Support team are really quick and helpful too!

I’m naturally a note-taker, but the platform gives me confidence that I’ve truly captured everything from my meetings. I especially love that I can adjust the summaries to view the recording from different perspectives, whether through a sales lens or a customer success lens (and more), which makes evaluation so much easier. The “Ask Fathom” feature is also fantastic: it feels intuitive and consistently provides meaningful answers to my questions.

Due to an error of mine in the initial setup, I contacted their support, which was a pleasant and easy experience. My concern was fixed promptly, and it was never disruptive to my workflow. Personally, I appreciate the ability to provide the AI with additional instructions, even when using one of Fathom's templates, which makes it incredibly easy to tailor to my information and note-taking needs. Highly customizable, easy to use, and accurate with the transcription. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a capable and reasonably priced AI notetaker.

It has ensured we don't miss vital info, and allows us to be more present and creative in meetings with our team and with major donors. The summaries are spot on and unbelievably easy to share, with timestamps of important topics + action items - all linked to the recording. It also makes it possible to tag a section during the meeting to return back to later for any number of reasons so that you can quickly navigate back to it after the call. If a team member misses a meeting, they can read the summary and action items + watch the video at up to 2x speed to catch back up. It has a countdown that reminds me of when my meetings are coming up and is really easy to integrate into calls (or to not use on a call). We LOVE Fathom and feel like every business and organization could benefit by using it.

• (2025-08-26) Kevin Bees: I am a raving fan of Fathom. I was using a competing product and found it would bypass the 'waiting room' and enter meetings before it should. As a result, it ran the risk of capturing confidential data of one client and sharing it with another. Fathoms interface takes this problem away and gives me control over which meeting it enters, and an easy way to remove it from teh meeting or a way to pause it if needed. The summaries are accurate, the transcription and video are helpful. The customer service has been on point - Rich and his team have been helpful, polite and great to work with

I love how easy it is to copy my entire transcript and throw into any AI of my choice. I have not seen that ease of use with other platforms like Gemini notes or Fireflies. I love the clearly laid out summary email I get as well.

I use this frequently in all my meetings, can be easily integrated in every meeting - may it be Google meet, zoom, or any other. It is also easy to implement, and has a good customer care support I usually take handwritten notes in a meeting and miss some points, but Fathom is super powerful in this matter.
