The suggestions others give, when they say it does work, are not applicable, they tell you to select options which don't exist. Not only does this not work in the least bit. But they actively have bots giving it positive reviews.

• (2025-01-30) Liam Lennon-Flynn: For the people struggling to get this extension to work. You need to enable the 'hide the "shorts" tab', and the 'hide shorts video' settings, then click the red power button so it turns green. It works a charm for me! No more shorts!
