This tool is fantastic right out of the box and is fully customizable with API integration and Zapier to help move data seemlessly across other software you use in your business. I absolutely love this CRM for what we do!
- (2018-05-10) Uno De Waal: This extension is useful for not having to leave gmail and quickly add deals, but it does have a small quirk that makes it really annoying: Super useful to adding contacts, however once you've sent a mail it's impossible to add the deal as the panel defaults to the sender of the last email. Would be great if this would activate on hover over an e-mail address instead of by the last mail.

During that time some of our employees have changed but thanks to Pipedrive we have been able to hold high our service quality by having all the information from the previous contacts and agreements between client and our broker. It has also made easy to track sepparately all the brokers pipeline and to connect different wishes from clients with suitable premises. I could recommend it to every company that is in sales or who needs to track different customers and their agreements.

The technical support team is very responsive and open to suggestions. The ability to have access to my CRM on my mobile phone is such a bonus. The activities list created for each day allows me to know when my work is done and when I can go play. I manage a salesforce of over 300 people and I recommend they implement Pipedrive from Day-1. If you are serious about follow-up and follow-through, Pipedrive makes it easy to know what you have done, what you need to do and when you need to do it. Get it.

- (2017-10-04) Ian Ginn: Pipeline does what it says on the box, and does it brilliantly. I'm using it to manage deal flows on production finance for TV & Film. These are complex parallel deals involving many potential partners. Pipeline gives me a single overview of the stage my deals are at, and lists of next tasks. No hesitation, no creating todo lists. It's dead easy to set up a unique pipeline and to customise contact fields. The iPhone app is rock solid, and can be used for direct phone dialling and note tacking. I recommend Pipeline without hesitation.

- (2017-07-07) Rose Weaver: We use Pipedrive in our Website Design Agency 'Nerdyness' to track leads from idea through to completion (won/lost). It integrates easily with the Quoting software we use, and syncs with our Google Calendar to ensure tasks and appointments are up to date as well. LOVE IT. It saves me so much duplicate and prevents things from slipping through the cracks. I trialled tonnes of programs but this was one of the most user friendly on phone which is absolutely key to capture calls to leads. It even prompts after a call if I want to mark the call as done and include notes, and prompts me to schedule a future appointment, I LOVE this feature. Really good product, definitely recommend it for those wanting to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

I was searching for a long time for solution which would follow daily activities of sales team and would be able to deliver right forecast or simplicity when I need to make a note for a deal / contact. It is extremely easy to plan and execute activities. Fully recommend PipeDrive for small or larger sales teams.
- (2017-07-06) Oliver Schöttner: We're using pipedrive for 1 year now. Very good tool if you want to have an overview of ALL your sales activities. The kanban logic with the sum of every stage is very useful. On top you can integrate various apps/add-ons. We highly recommend that tool!
- (2017-07-05) Peter Hill: I spent days reviewing a number of CRM's before moving from our old system. Pipedrive is awesome. It does all the things we require from a good Sales CRM system. It is super easy to use as it only takes about 15mins to show new people how it works. Even though it is easy to use it has some powerful search and filtering tools. Critical for us was to have our cloud based software to "talk" to each. We have Pipedrive sharing data with our project management system all automatically when a sale is "won" BTW their mobile app is also excellent as we need access to information on the go a lot of the time Keep up the great work Pipedrive Team

Tracking deals, activities, creating filters, integrating emails, etc., etc., is all done with ease so we can spend more time focusing on closing deals. It's bcc functionality is great for keeping communications organized & the customizable visual pipeline is helpful in understanding your sales funnel quickly.

If the following things are important to you, look no further for your next CRM. - Unlimited custom fields for organizations, contacts, etc - Awesome support team, able to answer any question, almost 24/7 - Pipeline feature is perfect for sales teams looking to promote growth and ACTIVITY... - and activities are great not only for scheduling future meetings, calls, etc, but also for keeping track of past events too - Structure is great for teams. Great visibility and stat dashboard - Mail sync is right on! Love how it auto-connects to contacts' email addresses straight from my inbox - Updates are constantly coming. Not the type of updates that force you to re-learn the UI but subtle changes that sometimes you didn't realize you needed until you have it and can't live without it. Would recommend for any business, big or small! Price is low and def. will get your money's worth.

It keeps me on track and allows me to add my own notes (not program generated ones like some others) so I know exactly where I am with a client and what may have been going on in the background before I contact them again.

- (2017-06-16) Ron McCord: Top 10 Reasons I went Pipedrive I have been trialing over 25 different Crm for my Real Estate business over last 6 months to a year. 1. The custom statistics. You can keep track of calls, dials, voicemail, door knocking, notes whatever you want to! This is for me the best part. 2. Price Price Price 3. Support has been very good, I have used chat a few times and always there. 4. Has one of the better Gsuite integrations 5. Has add on dialer programs which I will be using at a later date 6. Custom filters and fields which can give your contacts and deals as much or as little info as you like 7. Has a very clean look to it, I have not figured out how I am going to incorporate pipelines yet but nice to know it's there. 8. Google maps geo tagging for address ( I can create a contact record say with 5 properties and each one has link to google map just with a click 9. attaching email to contact and deal records simply with bcc in basic plan 10 full note searching not available today ( but it is coming!!!!!) This is a top rated CRM and after my time with it really nothing better for my uses which are 1. Contact Management 2. Tracking Prospecting Statistics 6-16-17 Update... I stopped using PipeDrive for the following reason, I still think it is the best Crm out there for outgoing prospecting types of business. However the Native Google Contact Sync is perfect except for one major thing. No note Contact Sync! So when your contact calls you on the phone you will have no notes to jog your memory! What Pipedrive should do is allow one Note section to sync with Google Contacts. That way you can put all the pertinent information there in the Pipedrive Contact Record and will auto sync with your google contacts. I am now just using Gsuite for my Crm and can still highly recommend Pipedrive over all other Crms since they also mostly do a poor job of syncing as well.

I have seen in 8 weeks sales leads rise from £1.5m to over £4m, just because its easy to capture and input than other systems. its been the best sales tool we have used for many a year. Using Pipedrive, I was able to setup my sales process quickly and see where all of my deals stand. It is easy to update and mobile app is great. Another huge plus in the ability to integrate with many other apps using Zapier, reducing the need for double entry of data. A great product!
