W2MO est une solution professionnelle pour la planification logistique, la simulation en 3D, WMS, l'optimisation logistique des toutes sortes (p.ex. entrepôts, production, supermachés) et pour le calcul du coût des services logistiques. Pour tous les browsers modernes, applis pour android et intégration SAP sont disponibles.
Dans la logistique du production, stockage et distribution W2MO décompose les gestes des opérateurs en temps élémentaires dont les durées sont standardisées (MTM, Refa). Ils sont la base pour un calcul exact du coût de travail pour toutes les activités logistiques. En connaissant tous ces temps de travail, c’est possible de optimiser et augmenter l’efficacité avec des algorithmes mathématiques.
De nombreux algorithmes mathématiques sont disponibles, p.ex. optimisation de l'attribution d'aire de stockage, optimization des tours, séquences optimales des ordres, optimisation des emballages en 3D et l’usage optimal du main-d’œuvre.
W2MO offre une solution innovante pour la génération automatique des schémas optimaux des entrepôts autant pour la conception des nouveaux entrepôts que pour l’optimisation des entrepôts existants.
Il ne faut que peu d’information pour créer une schéma optimale (même en 3D) - tout en appuyant sur un seul bouton. Les informations nécessaires sont:
Surfaces disponibles (avec contraintes archectoniques) correspondants aux zones de remplacement et de selection (pick)
Des étagères modèles à utiliser dans le nouveau entrepôt
Sub-Systèmes automatisées, qui sont disponibles et voulus
Produits et ordres pour importer (il est possible de les générer à l’aide de W2MO)
Bien sûr, il est possible d’ajouter des autres paramètres.
La génération automatique des schémas optimaux peut être utilisé pour creer un point de référence pour un entrepôt existant. Ca montre des potentials pour l’optimisation dans un tel entrepôt.
Après la construction d’un modèle de l’entrepôt, le schéma peut être “fixer”. Une fois le schéma fixée, il est possible de générer un WMS (Système de gestion d'entrepôts) en grande partie automatiquement. Ce WMS sera utilisable immédiatement.
Un application android pour des lecteurs optiques, smartphones et tablet PCs est disponible dans le “Google Play Store”. Il y a beaucoup des lecteurs portables de code-barre basés sur android disponibles des nombreux fabricants.
W2MO peut être utilisé directement du “cloud” (sur l’Internet, sans installation), installé localement ou dans un réseau corporatif. L’utilisation sur le “cloud” est un avantage énorme pour les sites petits et moyens. Les clients et fournisseurs peuvent obtenir accès et opérer tout le processus.
Même les entrepôts a l’éntranger se connectent aisémant et rapidement. Il n’y a pas de nécessité d’investir dans l’administration, ni dans le sécurité des données ni dans l’infrastructure informatique.
Une autre fonctionnalité de W2MO - “Case Pack Optimization” - offre une solution intelligente au problème du conditionnement en 3D. Cette optimisation d’emballage est recommandée particulièrement pour grandes quantités de données.
Un exemple de cette fonctionnalité est l’Optimisation de portfolio de cartons d’emballage. Le système calcule les dimensions du cartons qui minimisent les frais d'affranchissement et les frais d’emballage en minimisant le volume d’air envoyé. En même temps un schéma de remplissage des cartons est genéré et peut être visualisé et modifié en 3D.
La simulation en 3D et l’animation des processus de l’entrepôt sont possibles grâce à l’usage de WebGL. W2MO est le seul outil qui offre une telle visualisation avancée dans le navigateur web. Les utilisateurs peuvent même créer leurs propres objects en 3D et les télécharger sur W2MO.
Cette simulation permet circuler dans l’entrepôt, offre un aperçu détaillé dans celui-ci et un “load-balance” optimale. En plus, la visualisation est très detaillé et photoréaliste.

- (2017-01-23) Robert Willson: We used W2MO Supply Chain Optimization to change some structures in our network by looking for the best location to add a new warehouse. The goal was to keep costs as low as possible. The system analyzed the imported data and after a couple more simple operations it automatically showed cost optimized opportunities for the new placement (we could choose the whole territory or a certain region). Also it is possible to ignore an old warehouse or concider it and keep track of changes. The Software gives the user a great possibility to compare different scenarios.
- (2017-01-13) Tony Leach: I can highly recommend this tool. A while ago we had a project with Logivations, which lasted a couple months. We wanted to compare different Logistics service providers (they had different transportation rates and truck capacity). Imo, each of them had their pros and cons, so including an independent expert and using a new tool was the right decision. We had a large amount of data, so calculating optimal costs without a tool was impossible. W2MO gave us a great opportunity to quickly import data, mark location candidates and accounts in one click, analyze different scenarios using different carriers. As a result, the Software shows us for each product flow which carrier would be the best solution. We are completely satisfied, thank you for this amazing tool.
- (2016-10-19) James Foster: For the beginning I’d like to mention the Logivations experts, who are very professional in their job and always do their best to meet customer’s needs. The project I had the pleasure to do with them was about the Video-based Process Studies functionality, which allows to use specific motion speeds directly from Videos instead of default times. This makes calculations more accurate and less time-consuming. We started our work from observing activities in our DC - by taking videos via the W2MO smartphone app, which uploads all the videos into the Warehouse Planning & Optimization system automatically. W2MO calculates the average of all observations of the same process and puts these averaged times and speeds into the database. This gave us a great overview of the workload and time demand of all the measured activities. Our initial goal was to eliminate time-wasting processes and we achieved it successfully thanks to W2MO. Logivations solution is cloud-based and no long installation processes are needed, which is another huge benefit for us.

You get a great cloud tool for a small subscription fee which would cost 90.000 USD or more if you buy a license from other Supply Chain Software Companies. I worked with W2MO, in particular with Logistics Network Optimization, it is very easy to use because of its user-friendly interface and interactive functions of Google Maps. I used this program to design a complete network of our DCs. We imported all the location and warehouse data into the system and immediately started working. Following ‘Guide’ and ‘Help’ it is clear what each and every parameter means. As we were interested in finding a location for a new DC, we let the system find the most optimal location to build it (based on our supply and order data). The proposed location was great from the holistic network perspective, we only had to move it some miles for a suitable location and now we are in the process of building the physical Warehouse at this location to expand and optimize our Supply Chain. What I like most about this system is the fast transfer of needed data and the fact that comparison of imported data sets with calculated ones allows you to see the results in a few clicks. It is also great that Logistics Managers can put their know-how in it and move the suggested locations by drag and drop and then the system automatically re-calculates all flows and costs.
- (2016-09-02) Iryna: I was involved in a W2MO project a while ago, we used the Layout Design Optimizer to plan a new warehouse. First step was the data import by csv files, which was quite fast and easy. After importing product + order data and setting the parameters and restrictions, a suggestion of the warehouse structure with all needed racks was created automatically by the system for all the different warehouse areas in 2D and also with realistic models in 3D. We also assigned all our products to bins in the virtual warehouse. A lot of algorithms are included into the tool, such as optimized slotting in picking/ replenishment areas as well as labor cost calculation. We were satisfied with our achieved results and we are planning to use W2MO in the future as well. I can definitely recommend the tool for warehouse planning.

You can hear the Audiojungle "watermark" throughout the whole video. lets get real if they can't be bothered with that why bother with their product.
