Логістичний дизайн, 3D – симуляція, симуляція матеріального потоку, анімація, оптимізація будь-якого аспекту логістики (напр. виробнича логістика, складська логістика), обчислення витрат на логістичні послуги. Для комп‘ютерів та мобільних приборів.
Онлайн моделювання, симуляція та оптимізація логістичних систем (напр. складів, складальних ліній, виробництва, заводських планів, супермаркетів), що грунтується на HTML5, WebGL, in-memory-Computing та паралельних алгоритмах. Можливе інтегрування в SAP.
W2MO використовує у виробничій, складській та дистрибутивній логістиці стандартні часи (MTM, Refa). Вони є основою для точного розрахунку часу, витраченого на всі види діяльності у сфері логістики. Таким чином можна порахувати загальні витрати, забезпечуючи при цьому високу ефективність і продуктивність.
Оптимізація логістики відбувається за допомогою різноманітних математичних алгоритмів. Йдеться наприклад про оптимізацію розподілу складського місця, турів, упакування та поповнення.
W2MO пропонує інноваційне рішення для швидкого створення складського плану – для розробки нових та оптимізації уже існуючих складів.
Використовуючи певну інформацію можна вмить створити оптимальний план складу (також в 3D форматі), в якому будуть братися до уваги значні обмеження (напр. колони). Потрібно:
Пусті поверхні (включаючи будівельні перешкоди), що відповідають зонам Pick (вибору) та Replenishment (поповнення)
Набір можливих шаблонів полиць, які використовуватимуться в майбутньому складі
Імпортовані або створені в програмі продукти та замовлення (вкл. лінії замовлення)
За допомогою додаткових параметрів модель складу можна деталізувати, напр. обрати потрібний транспортний засіб, розмістити зону найчастішого використання продуктів, виділити максимальну кількість продуктів в одній полиці. Таким чином «зона продуктів найбільшого попиту» буде розміщена якнайкраще, буде встановлений оптимальний зв‘язок обидвох зон – вибору та поповнення, час затрачений на рухи – мінімізований.
Автоматичне створення оптимізованого складського плану можна використати безпосередньо в якості контрольного показника, таким чином забезпечуючи важливу інформацію для потенціалу оптимізації в існуючому складі.
Після створення моделі складу, її (разом із полицями, конвеєрними системами, процесами і т.д.) можна «зафіксувати». Після фіксації моделі, безпосередньо в ній можна автоматично створити WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Застосування W2MO можливе для сканерів, смартфонів або планшетів, в основі яких лежить Android, можна завантажити з Google Play та інсталювати на мобільні прилади. Для операційної системи Android існує багато професійних сканерів різних виробників.
Існує кілька можливостей використання програми: в загальній інтернет-мережі; локально та в мережі компанії. Насамперед малі та середні складські розташування користуються перевагами загальної інтернет-мережі. Клієнти та постачальники мають прямий зовнішній доступ до програми та можуть контролювати увесь процес.
Складські розташування можуть бути швидко та легко під‘єднані також за кордоном. Непотрібно жодного інвестування в адміністративні процеси, захист даних та обчислювальну систему.
Потужна функція W2MO - Case Pack Optimization – надає інтелектуальне вирішення проблеми пакування. Оптимізація упакування контейнерів особливо ефективна у випадку великого обсягу даних. При цьому система вираховує новий розмір контейнера, щоб зменшити витрати на упакування. Вираховується кількість кейсів, продуктів та невикористаного об‘єму, що уможливлює зменшення транспортних витрат. Поряд із цим визначається схема упаковки, яку можна побачити і редагувати у 3D.
WebGL використовується для 3D- симуляції та анімації. W2MO - це єдина на сьогодні програма, що пропонує такого рівня візуалізацію безпосередньо у веб-браузері. Крім того, користувачі можуть створювати свої 3D-об‘єкти та завантажувати їх у W2MO. Зображення надзвичайно реалістичне.
Динамічна симуляція уможливлює тур у «власному» складі, відтворює реальну робочу нагрузку та забезпечує оптимальне розподілення нагрузки.

- (2017-01-23) Robert Willson: We used W2MO Supply Chain Optimization to change some structures in our network by looking for the best location to add a new warehouse. The goal was to keep costs as low as possible. The system analyzed the imported data and after a couple more simple operations it automatically showed cost optimized opportunities for the new placement (we could choose the whole territory or a certain region). Also it is possible to ignore an old warehouse or concider it and keep track of changes. The Software gives the user a great possibility to compare different scenarios.
- (2017-01-13) Tony Leach: I can highly recommend this tool. A while ago we had a project with Logivations, which lasted a couple months. We wanted to compare different Logistics service providers (they had different transportation rates and truck capacity). Imo, each of them had their pros and cons, so including an independent expert and using a new tool was the right decision. We had a large amount of data, so calculating optimal costs without a tool was impossible. W2MO gave us a great opportunity to quickly import data, mark location candidates and accounts in one click, analyze different scenarios using different carriers. As a result, the Software shows us for each product flow which carrier would be the best solution. We are completely satisfied, thank you for this amazing tool.
- (2016-10-19) James Foster: For the beginning I’d like to mention the Logivations experts, who are very professional in their job and always do their best to meet customer’s needs. The project I had the pleasure to do with them was about the Video-based Process Studies functionality, which allows to use specific motion speeds directly from Videos instead of default times. This makes calculations more accurate and less time-consuming. We started our work from observing activities in our DC - by taking videos via the W2MO smartphone app, which uploads all the videos into the Warehouse Planning & Optimization system automatically. W2MO calculates the average of all observations of the same process and puts these averaged times and speeds into the database. This gave us a great overview of the workload and time demand of all the measured activities. Our initial goal was to eliminate time-wasting processes and we achieved it successfully thanks to W2MO. Logivations solution is cloud-based and no long installation processes are needed, which is another huge benefit for us.

You get a great cloud tool for a small subscription fee which would cost 90.000 USD or more if you buy a license from other Supply Chain Software Companies. I worked with W2MO, in particular with Logistics Network Optimization, it is very easy to use because of its user-friendly interface and interactive functions of Google Maps. I used this program to design a complete network of our DCs. We imported all the location and warehouse data into the system and immediately started working. Following ‘Guide’ and ‘Help’ it is clear what each and every parameter means. As we were interested in finding a location for a new DC, we let the system find the most optimal location to build it (based on our supply and order data). The proposed location was great from the holistic network perspective, we only had to move it some miles for a suitable location and now we are in the process of building the physical Warehouse at this location to expand and optimize our Supply Chain. What I like most about this system is the fast transfer of needed data and the fact that comparison of imported data sets with calculated ones allows you to see the results in a few clicks. It is also great that Logistics Managers can put their know-how in it and move the suggested locations by drag and drop and then the system automatically re-calculates all flows and costs.
- (2016-09-02) Iryna: I was involved in a W2MO project a while ago, we used the Layout Design Optimizer to plan a new warehouse. First step was the data import by csv files, which was quite fast and easy. After importing product + order data and setting the parameters and restrictions, a suggestion of the warehouse structure with all needed racks was created automatically by the system for all the different warehouse areas in 2D and also with realistic models in 3D. We also assigned all our products to bins in the virtual warehouse. A lot of algorithms are included into the tool, such as optimized slotting in picking/ replenishment areas as well as labor cost calculation. We were satisfied with our achieved results and we are planning to use W2MO in the future as well. I can definitely recommend the tool for warehouse planning.

You can hear the Audiojungle "watermark" throughout the whole video. lets get real if they can't be bothered with that why bother with their product.
