• (2024-10-07) Keith Riggle: Don't waste your time trying this extension: it no longer works at all, and its website, emailthis.me, has been sold to a company called Valoora that has nothing to do with sharing websites by email. This extension should be removed from the Store. Don't expect any support from the developer, Bharani Muthukumaraswamy, even if you have his Premium plan. I've been trying to get him to change the email address on my account for months, and his only response was to upgrade me to Premium when I already had Premium! I even tried contacting him on Twitter, to no avail. Oddly, his other website, resumonk.com, allows users to update their accounts directly, but not EmailThis. Obviously it's not a high priority for him.
• (2024-04-23) C S Woodhouse: Email This is one of the most useful apps I have ever had. I use it numerous times per day to capture articles both for pleasure reading and forwarding to others as well as for research topics that appear to be useful for my projects but need to be saved for later. I have had no problems. After a few uses, I upgraded to Premium - mostly to support this talented and customer service oriented developer! Update: It is now April 2024. The app did go through a time of not working for me, but as of now it is back to being one of my favorite apps. I like to share articles as well as send them to myself as a PDF to save and/or print. I hope that some of you who have had a bad experience will give it another try. I'm not sure if there is now a free version, but I have found it worth paying for.
• (2024-04-08) allan rudolf: It was good but it no longer works and despite numerous emails to the publisher nothing happens. It seems it is not supported any longer. And again, it was working fine for a while and now it is not working at all. I sent you a few messages and asked you to fix the problem but so far you have done nothing. This is really a shame because when it works, it is excellent but so often you take days or even weeks For you to fix problems. It is now April 2024 and again this app has stopped working for a few weeks now. I have written the owner of the app many times and I get no reply
• (2024-03-23) Jon Custer-Topai: Oh no, emailthis does not seem to be working anymore! It was working beautifully and then it stopped. I have been using this extension for years and I love it when it works. It would be nice if I could send batches at a time but overall, it has been a game changer. It didn't work for many months but everything seems to be fine now. Thank you for restoring service!

From certain URLs, when I attempt to email myself a page it grabs the right page title, but the wrong content and/or sometimes doesn't deliver it until a few days later :-| I would also ideally love to have an option to allow sharing articles to others.

• (2024-02-01) Patrick Campbell: The problem with the extension is it works smoothly until it stops working. The repair of the extensionis not done in a timely fashion. I disable it and from time to time reable it to see if it works. One should not have to play hit or miss with this. TBH, there is not any alternative to Email This in terms of its functionality and its a shame the extention can not be maintained on an regular basis

After reporting the problem, all the emails showed up in large group. The developer was responsive to my issue. So, if you're still missing emails and you haven't reported it, you might want to do so. ======================================================================== No emails since Oct 30, 2021. Prior to then, this was 5-star. I'll revise my rating once I see that service is restored. I see a number of other people are also reporting this. I really love this. It's an easy way way to remind myself to read up on something later. In the past I tried both standard bookmarks and Pocket. The problems with bookmarks in that I never have them organized well enough to find anything later. Plus I never remember to go back to them. The problem with Pocket is that I never remember to go back to that later either. With EmailThis, articles are in my emails that I look at all through the day. If I need to be reminded to look at something later, I can use my email's (Gmail) Snooze feature. I purchased the lifetime plan and it's been well worth it. In addition, I didn't think I'd used the PDF capture of a website at all (the PDF get's sent as an attachment to the email). However, as I thought about websites disappearing or removing a page, I decided that the PDF feature was a GREAT idea.

• (2023-10-04) Glenn Leatherman: This was a great tool when it work. It worked great and I was able to send web pages to my inbox until June 30, 2023. That was the last time it worked for me. I have emailed them but have not received any responses. I would love to see this tool fixed. Anyone have any suggestions?

• (2023-07-11) Hez Grace: The most-used extension I that I have ever bought. Indispensable. I should have bought it long ago when it was cheaper. But very worth it even at higher price for lifetime. Lowering the stars, it's very good when it can deliver but it has start-stop start stop for over a year. After over two months (the longest period where it doesn't work), it started working again on June 19 2023 BUT the honeymoon lasted for 3 weeks. Now 2023-07-11 Tue, it stops again. FED-UP, SICK AND TIRED of this game. Hope there is an alternative but none.

• (2023-07-05) David Underwood: This is one of the most useful and accurate extensions I have found. I use it frequently. I have only had to ask for assistance once and the response was timely and resolved my problem. In June of 2023 I stopped getting the pages I had saved. I contacted the author and within a few days, all of the documents I had been missing arrived safely in my email. I have had not problems since. I still believe this software to be worth the 5 star review.

Easy to use and delivers the reformatted email in a short time. I have the Premium service and it is well worth it! FLASH chanhed 5stars tp one star, hasn't worked for over a mnth. today is 6/15/2023

• (2023-06-12) Terry Gaston: This software was an excellent and only option for getting online receipts (from Amazon, etc..) to get e-mailed to you and then forwarded into your accounting software. We have relied on it for years and used it daily. Been searching and can not find anything else that will simply take a webpage and e-mail it to you complete with all the original formatting. Plus it would create a PDF if needed. I have been auto paying for years so will need to contact my credit card company to have it stopped.

If it is related to delivery service then please check following. use multiple IPs also add some script with the mail and css too. also add random text, and change email ids to ensure server do not take it as spams. also use 2 way delivery ask every client to respond to random delivered mails so that algorithms working against spam do not stop your system. also use cloud based delivery system allowing each client to have their own shared server in case if they can pay for same. buying domain and emails are not costly for all your professional clients. gmail's algorithm wont let you run this indefinitely.

I'm one who researches everything - from medical to cars to cats 🐈‍⬛. The service has increased my productivity greatly. I used to highlight the webpage (big waste of time) and copy and paste into OneNote. Now, I send through Email This, and a beautifully formatted copy of the webpage article, ad free with documented hyperlinked source, is delivered to my email within seconds. I then send the article to OneNote via a 'Send-to-OneNote' email address. I can then delete the email so it doesn't take up space on my account. I love it! 💙 📌CONS + Can't Read Certain Websites: I've noticed that the webpages it has the most trouble reading are those with features that stay static when scrolling. When Email This does not read a webpage on Chrome, I try another web browser, and it often works. + Service Stops Working for Several Days at a Time: This has been happening about once a month, lately. I just try to be patient, and the developer will eventually fix it.
