Excellent free downloader that can recognize and download video streams that other downloaders can't. The best of the many I've tried.
For now, I'll give it a 4, only because it's early in me using this revamped edition of this extension, and so far, it's working well. The only working extension that I could find that work with downloading Zoom local recording (useful for students and work), and HTML5 embedded videos. If I find no problems after a while, I'll re-rate this as a 5.
This is the only one I could find that would work with HTML5 embedded videos that require a "stream" to download.
Used to work great on everything, but on the 6.0 update, it started making me record videos instead of just processing and downloading. *EDIT* Problem was fixed. Started working like normal
No sound on 6.0.2 version.

I'm honestly surprised how it detected and downloaded the video I needed as it was on a site not well known. The problem is, it downloaded the video (in High Quality thankfully) but not the audio for the video, so now I have a High Quality muted video.....Kinda useless in that case....

On one of the web site, it detects and downloads video, but no sound. I tried Video DownloadHelper, will download both video and sound.

第一次下载的时候不会跳转到网站下载，现在不知道为什么会跳转到网站去下载！希望不用跳转就可直接下载！
Estava muito bom, baixando perfeito, mas depois dessa atualização ficou péssimo, não baixa nada, agora fica gravando e sem audio
Era simples, pratico e funcionava perfeitamente, agora baixa uma tela preta com áudio. Pra q mudar o q estava bom, e o pior mudar pra pior

A versão anterior era melhor, tem como deixar a versão anterior com a opção de atualizações volte para a versão ANTERIOR que era a que prestava. essa atual não baixa nada....
Desculpem a nota baixa. A extensão sempre foi muito boa, com exceção da atual versão, que não baixa nada. Lamento, mas uma ferramenta que funcionava perfeitamente e, ao ser atualizada, perde sua função, não pode ser classificada com algo melhor que péssimo.
It broke when update 6 came. Now it can't download flash files. Irredeemable nonetheless because it rips off every other video downloader plugin out there.

Μετά από το τελευταίο update 25/9/2020 δεν κατεβάζει τίποτα. Κατέβαζα μερικά επεισόδια από site όπως ο ΑΝΤ1 MEGA SKAI για να δω αλλά δυστυχώς τα update γίνονται τελικά για να χαλάνε τα προγράμματα. Κρίμα και ήταν από τα καλύτερα. Τώρα ψάχνω για άλλο.... Εκτός και αν υπάρχει τρόπος να γυρίσουμε σε προηγούμενη έκδοση!!!

Tyvärr så fungerar inte denna app längre efter deras uppdatering Sept 2020. Går inte att ladda ner några videon alls från internet.
Latest update broke a lot of functionality. Specifically motogp downloads. Now they videos stream in order to download vs whatever was happening previously that would download very quickly.

This was great before, why remove the progress percentage?
As of the new update, this does not detect videos on Facebook in a private group- which it did previously. I have tried multiple workarounds but unfortunately nothing is working. Please fix this FBDown!
Estragaram o que estava funcionando bem, decepção
new update ruined it. It used to be able to provide you with the direct url of the video file. it even gave you the address to .m3u8 video files which I could then use ffmpeg to download. it was the best video download helper in the store. now it's unusable. you get a "download" button and a "record" button for .m3u8 files. It didn't record anything for me. no idea where anything was being saved. I don't want a download button. I want the url so I can plug it into Free Download Manager. Bring back the old VD plus.

New version is absolute garbage compared to previous version does not work well with other sites, option for download seems to work only sometimes and been replaced with stupid record button. Loved the previous version and never had a lot of problems with it
