• (2024-09-15) Michelle Whitehead (Carefree Counsel): I have been using Streak for many years now and I could not run my business without it. It is the most seamless, user friendly, adaptable CRM program I have ever tried, and the customer service is responsive and brilliantly helpful. Best of all, it LOOKS good. What do I like about it? Integration with Gmail means every piece of customer correspondence is easily stored so I have a complete file of our interactions, plus the ability to add notes, tasks etc. Ability to customise pipelines and box information means I can set it up so the information that is important to me is available at a glance, and I can track boxes through every stage of the client journey. For a service provider like me (a lawyer drafting contracts & providing risk management mentoring for online small business owners) it is invaluable. I used the free version for years until I needed more boxes. I now have 11 pipelines and close to 1500 boxes. I never have to worry about a client slipping through the cracks - and I have a full library of client snippets that saves me an incredible amount of time. It is as close to perfect as I could imagine a CRM could be. I just hope they never ever go out of business as I would be lost without them!
• (2024-09-12) We like Streak, really easy to use, with freedom to create your own way of work and data for work process. Once you create your pipeline and all the columns, everything goes fine and quick. If you want to have a quick start with Streak, also you can use the standard pipelines available and try it, so later you can later complete with more columns and info once you understand how it works. We have seen and tested several apps and softwares similar to this, but difficult to configurate on your own, so not so easy to start working and saving time. We highly recommend Streak, can keep all under control and not missing the train, creating tasks and reminders in Streak will show it on your gmail and also in your google calendar. Using this app since nearly ten years, have checked how many improvements have been done on it, the Streak team always listened to us and helped in very short time, email or chat, so we went to paid version. We still need something to be developed that was never done till today in spite of insisting several times, should be good for all users creating diferent "sections" in the box data, to separate contact details, property preferences, resume of contacts, etc with a better apperance on screen and with possibility of giving a different page background color to each part of it in the box, like when you use a excel or similar tool. That will make it simple to cath your eye sooner to the right blanket to fulfill it. Now we waste more time looking for the right place in the box than than filling it, that happens when you have many necessary columns in your personalization. Congratulations, keep pushing!

• (2023-11-08) Zane Varvel: For anyone that uses Gmail for email, it is the solution to gmail's horrible CRM and contacts. It is great for initial reach out and organize pipeline of follow ups. Although, it is not good for bulk email blasts like a newsletter. There are issues between Streak & gmail interpreting it as spam-but this is 200+ emails at once.
• (2023-11-01) Brian Quandt: I actually like what it does. But there seems to be a bug in it which makes it unusable after a while. Namely it slows down gmail to be too slow to use in a reasonable manner. Basic chrome version, no special extensions. Upon a refresh of the browser, the problem goes away, but if you just leave things doing nothing for a couple hours (background tasks are sleeping), things take too long to wake back up is my guess. I've tried the paid version, but same problem. I also think their 'paid' version is lacking common 'team' features that should work/be present, but they are not. I have of course voiced my concerns to their portal. In short, nice tool, but its lacking a few things which could easily convert this from a 2 star to at least a 4 star, specially if they address their slowness (analyzie their time to respond to api calls, and seriously address time to reponse for each rest call...)
• (2023-10-25) Rexel Poland: I use Streak extensively for a couple of years now. Mostly to sort / categorize emails. Love the tracking feature and box feature. Also mail merge is awesome to keep few of my customers updated. I can recommend it to anyone who has a lot of emails and needs some-kind of system to keep track of it. When I receive an order I add it to the box, into Production category, state order nr and scheduled readiness. Streak counts down the days so I can see how much time I have to complete the order. After the order is ready I send it to Shipment category and delete the box once the order was shipped.

I can track the number of emails I get from a sender and who last sent a message so I can see if there's something I need to respond to.

Once I began to use pipelines, I was floored that I never dug in until now! This is a gamechanger and I believe teams could benefit from how simple it is! I was intimidated by the features at first but now i can't live without this! I literally use ot for Customer Success, Support, managing user engagement and tracking courses our customers take. • (2023-08-15) Michael Piedra: Steak is amazing. Easy to use and has the right features to help organize your business and manage outreach. Don't know how else I would manage. My only complaint would be pricing. Would be good to have one pro account that manages everything, while other team member accounts with only the capability to view the changes the pro account has made. Other than that, I have zero complaints.

Despite reaching out to Streak support about this problem, it remains unresolved even after 6 months. I still need to refresh each draft email to set the date and time and receive a green tick approval status confirming scheduling in the drafts. This problem is unrelated to cookie-blocking apps and has been attempted multiple times. It would greatly help if Streak support could address this reported issue. Thank you.

But it helps me: 1-) have a robust pipeline, 2-) Track all activities, 3-) Move customers along my pipeline, 4-) Capture and find pertinent information about an opportunity, 4-) Create a to-do list for an opportunity and send reminders...etc.

As a new business owner trying to keep business expenses in check, the free version of Streak allows me to utilize a great CRM without the cost overhead. Once I reach the contact/box limits of the free plan, I will have already seen the value Streak provides and it will be an easy decision to continue utilizing Streak with a paid plan. In my mind, it's really a no-brainer to use Streak as a CRM as a new business if you already utilize Google Mail for your business.

I have found it to be super intuitive and easy to use, which is to say, I didn't have to spend a lot of time figuring out how to use it.
