Block Flash from loading automatically and allow content only on selected sites.
Flashcontrol blocks Flash content and replaces embedded video/audio players with placeholders. This extension helps reduce computer resource usage while you browse the Web by allowing content only when you want.
Flashcontrol has features that you won't find in similar extensions:
1. Allow only what you want
Block undesirable content by hovering over the Flash player and clicking the "block" button that appears.
2. Robust filtering
Flashcontrol uses Adblock Plus components under the hood to filter content.
3. DevTools panel
Open the browser's DevTools to see a list of Flash URLs for the current tab. Block/Allow URLs from DevTools with one click.

A pile of SHEET is more useful than this extension. And I am being kind.
It works, but it seems it won't listen when you try to instruct it to trust a site. So it just blocks everything, all the time, even on sites where you WANT it to allow video.

It works for most flash content, but recently it seems to have been screwing with Youtube's embeds on some sites; they'll show up fine for a while, but then the embeds just *vanish* suddenly. Rather annoying, to be honest.
It has stopped working on this site and only this site. Every time I visit the site, it's as if I don't have the extension installed even though I do. I used this to do my school work and it use to work but now when I need it the most to do my finals it decides it doesn't want to work.Thanks for messing up now when I needed you most.
the very first 2 web sites i tried it on still auto played flash. horrible extension.

Work ok at first but not now
This use to work great. I'm guessing the developer went and did something unnecessary to it (like they always do), and now it doesn't work at all 😒..(smh)
Does not work with Linux.

video adds and videos still play!!! i am on caped internet and auto videos should be illegal.
Works ok, but: There is a "Allow" for everything, but no disallow/block option. So once I allow a page/site, there is no easy way back.
Great extension. Not sure how useful it is anymore though, since Chrome seems to block most flash on its own now.

Народ устанавливайте себе Magic Actions for YouTube и не партесь, зайдите в настройки приложения там все есть.
Does not work, only slows things down drastically.
I found it useless now. It no longer blocks the player in http://player.listenlive.co/34461/en/songhistory/ like it used to be able to.
