Version 3.15.0 — July 18, 2025
Improvements:
• Added the Edit Text feature, allowing you to modify any text on the page before printing or saving. This was previously available on Edge and Firefox, and is now live on Chrome.
• Translated the extension’s name and description into all supported languages. The full summary on the Web Store will be updated soon.
• Removed the legacy wasm-unsafe-eval directive from the content security policy to improve security and compatibility.
Bug Fixes:
• Resolved image handling issues by converting all images to base64, which should eliminate some issues users had reported.

I love being able to take a recipe from a website, easily remove all the junk from the page, and even edit the page as needed! - I like this extension, but needs work. when it copies the formulas and tables it puts lot of Carriage returns in the file, it would be nice if it could just present the formulas and tables as they are. Or, I am not sure how to make them appear as they are. The reduction of the saved file is very nice and gets a 5 stars from me.

- I love it!!! Its simple, and easy to edit and organize the pages that I need to print. Unfortunately it doesn't work on some blog posts which is a shame because I would love to save some and convert them into PDF readable files with useful links/conversations all in one place and neat and organize, but it does work on plenty of articles so I can't complain too much about that. So it does what is says it does.

- This has been a game-changer for me. Using AI queries with carefully chosen prompts ends up with lenghty Google URL info scrolls. Having the extension active on my toolbar is a quick access tool. (For those that may just be looking at this, there are numerous ways to make use of Prin Friendly. One quick note, I discovered is that YES, PrintRiendly "strips away" the right-hand extra sidebar stuff. However, initially, after many queries with AI, there are many images etc. that appear when the long thread is saved. With a Print Friendly Page selected (this can be the entire loooong scrolled URL page) all you do is at the top is select "Style" then in the drop down, select 0% for image and it takes out all of the images. Of course there are many other ways to work with the images. I am just mentioning this as it is often most practical to save just the main text information.

- I love PrintFriendly! I use this extension at least once a week, usually more. I find it so useful for saving/printing information, without all of the annoying things that can happen when you try to export a webpage. It usually provides me with something great without doing any tweaking, but it also gives me really granular control over the resulting document, which is great if I need it.
