From both a usefulness perspective and a customer service perspective, NordVPN is much better than other VPN's I have tried. If I have any issues connecting to a service via the VPN, I can contact Nord easily and get the help I need. Often I do not have to contact them as the issue is normally solved by Nord within a day or so anyway. Original review: I give this 5 stars because it does what it sets out to do very well...for the most part. There can be issues that seem random, like not allowing connection to the internet at times. Disabling this extension allows connection. When it works, it works well.

Il servizio clienti è molto buono e veloce, se conoscete l'inglese. L'app x android è molto ben fatta e facile da usare. L'estensione funziona con meccanismi leggermente diversi, non collega l'INTERO computer ad una VPN, ma collega il SOLO browser ad un proxy server della NordVPN. Quindi se usate server "vicini" non dovreste avere grosse perdite in termini di lag, velocità ecc. EDIT: I wrote this review on 29/10/2018, now we're in 2024 and I'm STILL using both NordVPN and this extension. Because they haven't let me down not even once. And their customer support is excellent.
