The Speed Dial expansion changes standard browser tab to beautiful new tab page with Visual Bookmarks.
The main advantage of Speed Dial in comparison with the standard page is that you can add the links to the websites of your choice so you always have direct access to them. And also you can sort the icons of already added links.
Our expansion also adds the search bar. The page layout can be changed in the expansion settings, you can also change the search engine used for the search bar.
Thanks to "import and export" function your visual bookmarks will not be lost after browser or system reinstallation. This function also allows you to transfer your saved bookmarks to other computers with New Tab Page installed instead of standard page.

I use a lot of online tools that I need to access quickly without sorting through a million saved pages or folders. This lets me prioritize the most frequently used tools and references. I also like the drag-and-drop modularity of the design.

Also the native bookmark bar on the default "new tab" of chrome isnt visible. If you turn on bookmark bar, it turns it on for all the websites which is kinda annoying.

- (2025-04-28) Robert Andersen: Tried switching the search bar to google and wont switch from the Russian looking one. I remember seeing a 3D version of this speed dial app, has it been discontinued ?

AND because I log in at different PCs, I would LOVE if my speed dial buttons would sync across all the devices I am using it on. The Speed Dial extension loads, but my settings within it does not. THAT would be amazing to me!!

Установила заново, а толку... когда потеряна курсовая, то, над чем работал месяцы, к чему привык, что важно - например, вот такие ощущения.
