  In the latest version of Chrome, Allow Right Click disables left-click on Youtube. It might be easiest to just add Youtube to the default whitelist, along with |google|yahoo. Could even add explanation in the whitelist help blurb, along the lines of: "The following sites are considered fair. The extension won't remove the context menu on them. For example, Yahoo! mail makes a fair use of the context menu. You should place yahoo in this list. Youtube does not function properly when this extension is enabled, and also makes fair use of the context menu, so it is also recommended. The list is actually a regular expression against which the domain of the current page is matched. To make it simple: separate domain with a pipe (|) an don't use spaces nor slashes"
