  • (2025-06-18) Jensen Gelfond: There is a "Book meeting" button in this extension that allows me to see a weekly view and click on the desired meeting time on the timeline. This extension seems to be the only way to get this functionality using Calendly on desktop. So I find it indispensable!
  • (2024-12-30) Brandon B: Overall Thoughts: Calendly’s Chrome extension generally offers a convenient way to schedule meetings without the usual back-and-forth emails. It has strong points like ad hoc link generation and integrations with major calendars. Many users praise it for time-saving features, professional appearance, and relatively smooth workflows. Despite these positives, there’s consistent feedback about needing more robust integration options and better user controls. Some users have raised concerns about privacy permissions, calendar syncing glitches, or lack of multi-language support. Customer support responsiveness also appears hit-or-miss, with some users finding it helpful and others getting no timely assistance. Key Strengths: Time-Saving & Convenient: Most people find the extension invaluable for booking meetings quickly and giving clients a self-service option. Ad Hoc Meeting Links: Creating quick, one-time scheduling links can be a big help for impromptu sessions. Professional Image: Sharing a Calendly link projects an organized, client-focused impression. Areas for Improvement Integration & Speed: Several reviews mention cumbersome or incomplete integrations with Google Calendar, Zoom, and other tools. A snappier and more reliable syncing process would remove much of the frustration users describe. Advanced Features & Customization: More advanced functionality like sending custom links directly from the extension could help target specific clients or potential sales leads, rather than relying on the general scheduling interface. Custom link generation for recurring or specialized events, or easily embedding branding, would enhance the extension’s flexibility. Permissions & Privacy: Some users worry about the extension asking to “read and change all data” on every webpage. Calendly explains why, but toggling permissions on/off more granularly might ease privacy concerns. Customer Support: A few reviewers cite slow response times or insufficient support channels. Improving response consistency and providing clear, in-extension help options would better serve users. Language Support: There’s repeated interest in expanding beyond English, especially Spanish and French. Adding broader language support could make the tool more accessible. Final Take: The Calendly Chrome extension can be a game-changer for scheduling, but it needs to address integration hiccups, offer more targeted link-generation features, and refine its privacy settings. If these points are tackled, Calendly would be well on its way to a higher rating, at least from me.
  • (2024-12-19) Judianne Kellaway Mason: Does not work with Zoom for Government. As soon as it does, I'll be back.
  • (2024-10-28) Andy Piper: Works fine, but needs to be updated for Google Calendar dark mode!
  • (2024-10-18) Danny Pantuso: Why is generate a link 4 clicks away? I have google for my calendar, I don't need to see a list of only the meetings I have on my calendar that are generated from calendly. I love calendly but seriously who designed this extension? Start over from one button link generation for events I have.
  • (2024-10-16) Kai Castledine: No need to have access to read and change all of the sites you browse. Totally unnecessary apart from to market/sell information about you browsing history. Specifically "Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites that you" I would change to "on click" rather than on by default to avoid this.
  • (2024-10-10) Michael Adrian: I want to work in Spanish, but there is only English.
  • (2024-10-01) Kathleen Myers: NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Calendar issues and no one to reach out to? Contact page doesn't even work for Calendy....wow! I will switch as fast as I can. Calendy will fail if they keep this behavior and don't change.
  • (2024-09-12) Charlie Dominguez: I've had a bunch of issues with Calendly. The extension will never work across my apps and i have removed and reloaded several times. And have SO many issues with connecting with my calendars. I still have to review iCal, outlook and google calendar practically every day. If anyone know how to get calendars to work then please let me know. And I complained once and was pretty much told that if i didn't like it to just delete it and move on. Maybe it was a bad day there when they replied to me..
  • (2024-08-07) Coach Elizabeth Njeru, drs.: I love Calendly. It has been a game changer for my scheduling. It's easy and efficient to use, and looks both professional and nice (not stiff, boring and unapproachable) and can be integrated with basically every other business tool I use. Using any new tool needs some learning. The tutorials have been a great help. Making the time to attend one allowed me to quickly and efficiently get an overview of the available features, make choices based on my personal needs, and learn how to install the features.
  • (2024-07-19) Tanir Watkins: I am absolutely happy with Calendy! It has been such a help in booking my guests for my podcast.
  • (2024-07-19) Scott Berry: I am a big Calendly supporter! I actually was an early adopter way back when Calendly first was offered and frankly, it didn't work then - or at a minimum was klugey. I re-engaged about four years ago and it has been fantastic for me. I've booked in excess of 500 meetings via Calendly all without the drudgery of back and forth emails or phone calls to set meetings. The recent additional features and improvements make it the logical choice for anyone wanting to automated their ability to schedule meetings with others, and even though I was recently part of a larger "reduction in force" of 2,200 people from my previous employer I immediately changed over my subscription to my personal email and calendar and it has been very useful for the last ten days as a connector for opportunity discussions and engagement with prospects for other income streams that I also have. Highly recommend Calendly - I at first used the "free" version but almost immediately moved to the paid subscription. An absolute bargain at $16.05 per month all in!
  • (2024-07-18) Kay Kohpaei: I am happy about the service. I use it for non profit org. that I am running to service those has no money to spend.
  • (2024-05-22) LORELEI MOLINARI: I AM A SIMPLE NONPROFIT I USE THE FREE CALENDAR FOR NOW. I MAYBE HAVE 10 MEETINGS A MONTH SO A SIMPLE 30 MINS. IS GOOD FOR ME:)
  • (2024-05-08) Richard Forbus (RForbus_NCCHC): Calendly is a great product that has been a crucial part of managing my schedule. I travel frequently, and work from home, so the features allow me to manage my clients and calendar effectively and efficiently. It is much easier to refer potential clients to my Calendly to schedule at their convenience than it is to bounce phone calls and emails back and forth to coordinate. Another great feature is the ability to manage different schedules based on my activities. I have a standard work schedule for routine meetings, but I also attend many conferences and events, so Calendly allows me to set specific schedules for those conferences and create an event page. The even page is based on my schedule at the conference or event, preventing conflicts and back and forth coordination that ultimately benefits my clients, and benefits me by providing a straight forward approach to setting a meeting with me on the platform of their choice. Great work!
  • (2024-05-03) Gabriele Borges Lee-Wen: I have been using Calendly as part of my day to day tool for work and at least for me it has really useful features, such as being able to include the link to my calendar as a hyperlink when I'm writing my emails, instant booking, and sharing my availability with customers in a way that they can simply pick a day and time, instead of going back and forth or emails with the: "I'm available at this time, do you have this time?" / "I'm sorry I only have this time available". Kudos to the team!
  • (2024-04-30) Jorge Rios: This extension has never been great, but now it stopped working as of April 2024. Before, you had to reload every single page whenever you clicked the extension but now in addition to this, the "copy single-use link" feature in the extension simply doesn't copy anything anymore. I have to go to the Calendly website and click 2-3 buttons to generate a single-use link, which basically makes me not need the extension anymore. Considering just switching to Google's new version of Calendly now.
  • (2024-04-24) Chris Miller: I am a big Calendly fan and long time paying customer. This latest build has added a lot of unnecessary functionality and is creating performance issues. I don't need the Calendly plugin to show me my meetings or contacts, Google already does that for me just fine. The side kick icon is annoying and just gets in the way. Not sure what drove these new features, nobody ever asked me for feedback or feature suggestions. I'd love to roll back to the previous build, or have the option to disable undesired functionality.
  • (2024-03-13) Philip Weiss: Calendly is great when it's working. But if you have any issues beware. Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I have been a paying customer since 9/2022. I even upgraded my services in January when my business grew. All of a sudden my services stopped working. I couldn't access the team part of my account. I emailed support. No response. I found a phone number and called. They don't take phone calls. I tried the website. The help center doesn't provide much help. I dislike chat, but all you get is a chatbot which does nothing. I finally got an email four days after I first reached out. They said that there system showed I only have a free account. That's NOT true. I provided information about how much I'd paid, when the account started and when each payment was made. 24 hours later nothing has changed. The Calendly link on my website is currently inoperable. Calendly continues to drag their feet in doing anything to help. If you have a Calendly account, you better pray nothing goes wrong. If something does, you won't get help. They don't care about their customers. They don't care about providing customer support. What an awful way to run a business. If I could rate their customer service less than one star I would.
  • (2024-03-12) Wolfgang Wiedenroth: Wants to be able to read AND read ALL content on websites I'm visiting. Uninstalled!
  • (2024-02-27) La Juana Whitmore: Bugs fixed, works as expected.
  • (2024-02-25) Matt Wilkins: This was working great for months and then all of a sudden started crashing Google Calendar! Disabling the Extension fixed the issue. Fix it.
  • (2024-02-23) Matthew Ligotti: This extension has been causing issues with my google calendar to freeze and google cal only works when I disable this. Is this an issue with a new update or something on your side?
  • (2024-02-09) Dr. Nassri CHELBI: very good
  • (2023-06-06) Cecy Rodríguez: Maravilloso los clientes pueden ver mis horarios flexibles y enseguida hacerla cita me encantaria solo agregar opción obligatoria de un teléfono para tener contacto directo. gracias.
  • (2023-05-27) Mensur Zahirovic: We just moved to callendo.com from Calendly and to be honest best decision ever.
  • (2023-05-03) Chris Anderson: Does the job fine, but would be much more helpful if it let you schedule from the extension. They also recently removed the button to open the booking page in another tab so its now hidden.

  • (2022-10-11) Megan Howard: Love the idea. 3/5 for 2 reasons. One is that I cannot book a recurring weekly meeting without putting them in individually. Second is that when I do book my recurring meeting through Google Calendar, I then cannot give access to the person to reschedule through Calendly. I will continue to use it, as I don't like giving out my other calendar for my clients, however those things are my top issues.

  • (2022-06-14) Ashley Harigan: I have found this extinction to cut down on the number of back and forth emails it takes to schedule a meeting. For that I am grateful.

  • (2022-04-29) Reece Hart: Boo! I don't want to grant access for LinkedIn scheduling. Granting access for features I don't want is unfortunate. I've had this plugin installed for two years, but now removing. Please make this feature optional.

  • (2021-05-10) I liked it, but I work mostly in Spanish with few mails being sent in English (almost always with european date and time format) and when I try to offer some time slots in Gmail, all the time formats and names are regionalized for US English, so I have to translate all weekday names, month names, switch the day and the month order and... I should be changing am-pm to the 24 hours format, but that would be too much manual work. I know I could just send the link but it's considered rather impersonal and customers don't like this. As I have to make that amount of manual work, it just works best to manually check the calendar and offer the slots manually, as it has ever been done. Please, allow us to select the languages and the time&date format. Thank you.
