Block Site
Easily block websites of your choice!
Block Site is a browser extension to help you block desired websites (domains).
To work with this addon, simply right-click on any webpage and then click on the "Block this website" via the context-menu item. The website's domain address will be added to the block list (see options page). Please note, the whole domain will be added to the block list, not just a URL. To change this list, open the options page, remove the desired item, or add a new one. For any blocked domain, you can add a redirect URL on the options page. To do so, please first add a domain to the blocked list, and then add a redirect URL in the second column (as shown in the last screenshot). Now, instead of blocking a domain, the website will be redirected to the redirect URL. There is also an option to block desired iframes. To do so, please add the URL (for the iframe) in the designated area on the options page (top section).
To report bugs, please visit the addon's homepage (https://mybrowseraddon.com/block-site.html) and fill out the bug report form.

Easy to use, perfect.
Seems to work well for most sites, but some sites (youtube.com) for example don't get blocked.
Does not work. Don't bother.
Efficient and easy. Redirect option is very handy. God bless you.
doesnt block twitter. what else is this for.
thank you so much you got rid of my porn addiction
Just installed and wanted to try the free version. It would only let me block 2 websites and then prompted me to pay for an upgrade. I uninstalled. To make things worse I was forced into a survey about why I uninstalled. Then they tried to offer me a lower price, which was super annoying and felt like a shady used car deal.
So hard to use. And why is there no way to block all websites containing a term? So if I choose to block all sites containing "google.com", such as "support.google.com", "docs.google.com", there is no way to do that?
Stopped working after a day. Tried it on a couple of sites and it didn’t work at all. I’ve switched to TimeBuddy, which offers way more features and actually works as expected.
Perfect extension, easy to use but there is a thing i don't understand when i want to block You tube the extension not block
not happy
Doesnt block the URL Path, only the URL Domain. Not able to block specific subreddit/urls. It blocks ALL of reddit :(
Only blocks URLs that you put into URL bar, not links that you click in the browser.. for example it opened reddit from google, it opened it like it wasn't blocked (but it was) and it only blocked it properly when I refreshed the website.. so that's really critical bug that ruins whole purpose of the extension..
Simple and easy! thanks but you should add more features like daily time for visit blocked site.

It's a good extension, but I wish there was a way to import or export a file of sites you blocked instead of doing it over again.

To everyone complaining that it doesn't block a certain site, you have to clear the 'site data' before it will block it for some webapps - like Twitter or Youtube.
