“Hands down this is the most useful extension I have ever come across. Mind you I have more than a few running, but the simplicity in which this allows for updates as we meet new contacts is just beautiful. Already used their Gmail service, and with this plugin, Evercontact did it again! Thank you!” -Jim Raine, Director of Technical Engagement at Bit9
"Awesome Chrome add-in. A must have for ANYONE in sales using GMail as a primary tool. Actually had the developer reach out to solicit input, answer questions. Amazing support. Cannot say enough good stuff. Not only did I sign up, signed up my boss as well!" -Bill Gross, General Manager, at Century 21 Masters
And here is what some of our high-profile users have to say…
• Andrew Sorkin (NY Times & CNBC Anchor): Evercontact analyzed 195,687 of my emails from last year and magically updated 2,310 contacts. Crazy.
• Eric Ries (Sillicon Valley enterperneur and author): Wow, Evercontact works like magic.
• Alex Griffiths (CEO at SocialCrunch): Most valuable app of the year for me!

- (2023-09-21) aaron lennon: I was one of the first customers. It worked fine until recently. The ability to save a contact to gmail is broken. There does not seem to be a contact person for this product anymore. I will unsubscribe and uninstall in the next 7 days if I don't hear back from someone at this company. Too bad, they used to be so responsive. UPDATE:Application works great and support staff is available via hangout and email if you need anything. This app saves you from cutting and pasting into your gmail contacts. I would like to see simple support for other CRM's but it is impossible to support all of them. Maybe team up with some of the large CRM companies to integrate with their add new contact pages.
- (2022-01-27) Studstill Realty Group: Chrome plugin stopped working.
- (2021-06-12) Jurgen Tuttens: The good things: 1. I can copy-paste a signature and the Evercontact plugin in Chrome converts it to a Google contact. 2. It integrates seamlessly in Gmail. And that's about it. What's left? A messy interface, unclear how to get there, a messy account management, unclear if I am subscribed or not, unclear if I can link more accounts and how, etc... For me it was the copy-paste thing that did the trick, but the value proposition of this app is rather unclear compared to Contacts+ eg.
- (2020-06-23) Luis Antezana: On attempting to authenticate the extension, Google says: "Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app. This app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google Sign In." So I guess it doesn't work in Gmail anymore, which is a shame because it used to be helpful.
- (2020-03-21) Murat Eskiyerli: Used to be good but no longer works. The best you can do is to select contact text, click the extension button and download the contact as a .vcf file. Then you could import it to Google contacts. Somehow automatic import to Google contacts is no longer working.
- (2020-02-24) Christopher McFarland: It was great for a while, but no longer works with gmail even the G Suite version. Dissapointing.
- (2020-02-02) Kyle Cherry: It is broken and they have given up on it
- (2019-10-09) Marty Whitby: Works like a charm. Thanks
- (2019-08-28) Mike: Horrible. Never got the product to work and never could get support to respond to multiple requests. I requested a refund nearly a year ago only to learn this week that I was billed again via auto-renew. Upon contacting Evercontact, I was told by their support team that they were able to cancel my account but that they would not be issuing a refund. Absolute turd of a product backed by a rectum of a company.
- (2019-06-24) J. CyberSenate: Bought it and WAS happy, its the tool we have been looking for. However one week in, it has stopped working. No one answering support emails or responding on Twitter. Seems like the plugin has just stopped working, literally.. Looking for alternatives and a refund, but would prefer if it just worked.
- (2019-03-20) Very good plugin. It would be nice if it could be fully integrated with evercontact's app to see contacts from plugin on dashboard as the plugin sometimes has issues when using two gmail accounts. Ability to choose recordtype for Salesforce contacts would also be a nice to have.
- (2018-10-11) Eugene Kesselman: Buyer beware. After making a PayPal payment, no activation is taking place. If you consider other reviews that the company continues to charge PayPal coupled now with failing to activate service it smells like a fraud and bait and switch. After spending over an hour trying to reach support, including social media staff, they informed me that Software is not working and requires a technician to fix at a later time per Matt who said he was in a school class being disturbed by my demand to activate service. You are welcome to DM me for more information. We have all supporting data and because of the way I was treated my staff will make sure our experience is shared with everyone we know.
- (2018-05-09) RAMAMURTHY PATHURI: Address is not getting captured. And there is no way to add or edit, before saving
- (2018-04-25) Kevin Harrell: This is BEST app I've seen for grabbing contacts from emails! Quick, fast... if it ever has trouble recognizing contact data, just highlight data, and click on Evercontact icon in Chrome Menu bar.
- (2018-04-11) Sander Jonkers: Evercontact wants the right to `Read, send, delete, and manage your email`. No way!
- (2018-01-30) Mahadi Usman: excellent, it is a nice one.
- (2018-01-26) Burt True: I uninstalled the Evercontact extension but it continues to change my contacts. I cannot get it to stop. Previous review:It would be helpful if the extension could extract address data from a PDF file opened in Google Drive's interface. Also, you cannot paste into the extraction window more than once. So if you extract the address from web page, then want to paste in the person's name from another place, the extension will not allow that.
- (2018-01-11) Ralph Somma: Great idea but unfortunately it only works intermittently and support is equally intermittent.
- (2017-12-28) Clay Nelson: Just works
- (2017-06-27) Elyse Schimel: I cancelled my service over a month ago and they continued to bill my paypal account and I have not as of yet been able to get a refund. Paypal has been of no help
- (2017-01-11) Sam H: esay, simple, very powerful tool for lead management
- (2017-01-06) Peter Gold: Fantastic product, saves me lots of time. Well worth the cost.
- (2017-01-03) Gregory Rich: N ever seems to work properly. Log in, log out, still "needs access". It also only pulls a name and contact number rather than all contact info (including business name, email, etc.). So disappointing.
- (2016-12-25) Justin Cram: Very useful minus the limit of 5k for free accounts. I have more then 5K contacts but its just 1000K and can't afford to pay for your fees of $59 per year sorry. You folks are as bad as pushbullet team! Justin Cram DyingJedi
- (2016-12-01) Tudor Tel: Lovely. For the moment, I am totally happy.
- (2016-11-22) Mic Ro: Excellent Time saver! Inmporting to Pipedrive would be great, or maybe I just don't know how
- (2016-11-18) Adrian Grant: LinkedIn integration doesn't work
- (2016-11-15) Simon Heywood: This is a really useful productivity enhancer. Its best feature is that you do not have to pay too much attention to it. It quietly gets on with probably the most tedious job in the world all by itself.
- (2016-11-11) Thomas Marchand: Really great with Cirrus integration !
- (2016-11-11) djamil kemal: I Love Evercontact. The contact import from email signatures is just pecfect
- (2016-11-05) Cees Medema: Good contact application. Use it intensively. Very usefull in a professional environment, but excelent for private use as well
- (2016-11-02) Sarah Gold: It makes it really easy to include details for people in contacts without even thinking about it. And then you're not fumbling through emails trying to find that information later.
