  • (2023-07-01) Ricardo M. A: Verdadeira propaganda enganosa. Depois que algusn e-mails, quer cobrar um absurdo para realizar o serviço.
  • (2023-04-30) jamal williams: Save Emails to Google Drive by cloudHQ: Versatile Tool for Email Archiving and Management Save Emails to Google Drive by cloudHQ offers a fantastic solution for email archiving and management. The export options, including TXT, HTML, and PDF, provide great flexibility for different archiving needs. These formats make it easier to search, organize, and share emails effectively. • (2023-03-19) Virgil Patterson: Highly efficient and useful tool for archiving emails to Google Drive, although it would be even better if it could support other cloud storage platforms as well. Overall its a good extension.
  • (2023-03-08) Parish Admin Christ Church: It was clunky but did its job, until Chrome updated to version 110.0.5481.178, and then the UI completely broke. It's unusable and the UI glitches make Gmail itself unusuable, and there's no easy way to report a bug to them. More irritating than it's worth.
  • (2023-02-24) Simon Yoda: Save emails to Google Drive is a must-have tool for anyone who works with Gmail and Google Drive on a regular basis. It simplifies the process of saving important emails and attachments to your Google Drive, making it easier to stay organized and manage your files. With its user-friendly interface and reliable performance, Save emails to Google Drive is definitely worth checking out.
  • (2023-02-18) Milton Fields: Does exactly what it says: saves messages to Google Drive. It supports PDF, HTML, etc. Save time - definitely.
  • (2023-02-16) Sarah Vivian: Very interested extensions
  • (2022-09-19) Guntard Heiz: Excellent solution for legal e-discovery. I like how they have a system to get emails into spreadsheet and then merge all these emails from spreadsheet into one PDF. Genius....
  • (2022-08-05) Robert Long: Super useful. Their real time sync (automatic save of emails in a label) is very powerful.
  • (2022-06-16) Aaron Stigberg: Probably very useful but I can't get past the fact that a CloudHQ.net account will allow CloudHQ to permanently delete all my email. Is this level of access to my gmail really necessary just to make a few useful Gmail add-ons?
  • (2021-12-05) T S: 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • (2021-10-11) Walter Starr: Great add-on to archive my real estate transactions. Fairly robust product. I'm using it regularly.
  • (2021-08-18) Russell Maple: It works without problems. It lets me save my emails fast and efficiently.
  • (2021-08-04) Karen Riggs-Saberton: Wow. This is one seriously nice product. It just did for me quickly and simply something I've needed to do for years. To specify: I just needed a save of an email with it's attachments. Not only did it save, BUT ALSO it returned a link to me I could put with the "Contract A" information page, AND when I opened and downloaded them they were all together in a single PDF. Spectacular product.
  • (2021-06-10) Adriane Correll: It does exactly what it says: save emails in a label to a Google Drive folder. We heavily relay on this app.
  • (2021-01-25) Kyle Davis: It says 50 emails per month but I am getting a notification that I have reached my 25 email quota. What is this??
  • (2020-10-12) Daniel J Clark: This would be a killer app for me if, instead of doing an instant backup, it had the option of doing a delayed move - so I can have a rule like "After 1 week, move the attachments from all of my emails with Label "Attachments" (has:attachment and size>1M) and then replace the attachment with a link to the file in google drive and delete the attachment (but not the email) from gmail." Strikes me as something many need, and Apple Mail fails to save attachments if the total size of all attachments in an email is >25MB so it's not usable for this. But as-is it works great, thanks so much!
  • (2020-08-09) Mel Savage: I like it - but too expensive. I started using it and it works great. But trying to clean up my inbox and folders quickly took me to the 25 email a month limit. I get more than that in an hour. And definitely want to save more than 25 a month. And I would have upgraded but $14.99/mo? That's BS. Waaayyy too expensive.
  • (2020-02-29) P N: I don't know why, I don't have it in the menu. It's not like on the picture they show.
  • (2019-11-26) emily starr: So easy! Can't believe I can save stuff so quickly.
  • (2019-08-09) Dan Brierly: My favorite feature is the “Save attachment” only thing. All the audio files I get go to my drive and stay in one place. It helps me stay organized.
  • (2019-08-08) Brett Mayse: I used it to backup my gmail and it worked effortlessly.
  • (2019-07-17) Curtis Muir: When you have lots to: email addresses, it screws up the export. They bleed over into the text of the email. Otherwise works great (but this is a show stopper)
  • (2019-05-30) Fredrik Bagge Carlson: None of cloudHQ extensions work. "Oops, you’ve been logged out", even though I try to use from a completely fresh chrome browser with no extensions or cookie blockers.
  • (2019-01-30) elizabeth murby: has my Mark Z experience been helpful overall?.... , wekk, ut's been OK!, not nuch better!
  • (2018-12-28) Sun Job Consultants Ltd: Good service!!! helpful!!!
  • (2018-12-11) Daniel Vranjes: It works without hassle and lets me save my emails efficiently. Awesome.
  • (2018-12-11) Jules Francois: Saving important emails has always been a hassle, screenshots or Control + P & saving as a PDF. This is SO much better. I'm thankful for it
  • (2018-11-08) Jason Shaw: This extension is awful. First, it requires you to sign in and create an account - and it is far from FREE. It limts your downloads to 50 emails. AND, it doesn't work properly. It doesn't download off of your selected emails, it downloads EVERYTHING. Stay away from this extension. I feel slimy for even giving them any information.
  • (2018-10-31) Rosalind Harvey: Sounds like a useful app (I have no idea why google doesn't already have this functionality?), but to use we have to grant permissions that allow cloud HQ to: "-Read, compose, send, and permanently delete all your email from Gmail -Manage your basic mail settings -See, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files -View and manage its own configuration data in your Google Drive -Add itself to Google Drive" Some of these permissions seem unnecessary to carry out your function. Why do you require all these permissions. Can you explain?
  • (2018-10-23) This extension works great to quickly save & file your emails to GDrive. A must-have. The extension does seem to slow Chrome down (I've experimented adding & deleting the extension and there is a noticeable change in Chrome's ability to load documents). Suggestion to Developer: Could we have an option to add the email's meta data (date, sender name) AFTER the email subject? Generally, with email, it's the subject matter that we will sort & search for not the date.
  • (2018-09-23) Jake Bradsky: makes integration a breeze, i wish this cam estandard with cloud.
  • (2018-09-23) Hana W: So great! Thanks!
  • (2018-09-22) Obi Anozi: I'm new to cloudHQ, but what's not new is their amazing tools. So happy to have discovered this, it helps with organization among other things.

  • (2018-04-03) Levi Richardson: Does not include the email's header information.
  • (2018-03-21) Ka Chun KAN: I really don't know about how to upload emails to Google Drive, I have ADD the extension TO CHROME already... My Outlook 2016 is not working...

  • (2017-01-28, v:1.0.0.3) Martin Hill: Feedback suggstions:
Hi, I really like the app, so firstly, thank you! - It would be useful to have the option of automatically prefixing a) the file name with the date to help keep saved emails in chronological order, and b) the senders name to help identify messages, ie: 2017.01.28_Martin Hill_Re: Welcome to cloudHQ.pdf - It would be nice to have default "favourite" locations, i.e. in the "Save to" drop down, it would be nice to able to add a "Save to Google Drive.../Project1/Emails", allowing simple a 2 click save without navigating folder structures. - I find it a little slow to save, which would be less problematic if it did it in the background so I could carry on using my gmail. At the moment, I have to wait for the "Saving to Google Drive, this may take a few seconds..." window, and then have to click out to say I don't want to set up Automation. I understand the need for feedback to ensure it has saved correctly, but for me, I only wan't feedback if there is a problem and don't like having to make extra clicks. Is it possible to utilise the native gmail information bar that shows when deleting an email etc. , and use this to give notification of successful/failed save and a link to set up automation?
