AMAZING. I love this SO much!! I have this ability on my school computer and it kept me organized, so when I found this, I was so happy about it. I use my own personal computer (macbook) for work so I feel less stressed about it overall, and it's simple to set up and use, if you like organizing things for work, get it. I usually don't gas up things I use like this, but it seriously helps so much.

I mean... it does exactly what it says on the tin. I don't see how it could be made any more perfect lol. 5/5

Reply 1: The "ad" is just with this new update. I never had a problem with the opening of the new page. The problem is that every time the extension gets updated in an partially-isolated environment, a new tab opens to a third party: https://www.maxai.me/partners/updated/?name=Merge%20Windows&propRef=Merge-Windows Voiding all the isolation work done. The problem is not about not supporting you, it's the auto opening of the tab to a third party which does not even provide a cookie consent pop-up. Reply 2: Exactly, your own site popping-up is totally OK with me. Thank you for engaging in conversation.

I have been wanting to right-click "merge windows" forever. This extension does the trick. Thank you!

the keyboard shortcut (Command+Shift+L for Mac or Ctrl+Shift+L for Windows at least as of 2024-06-11) is very welcome. thank you

Works very well! But the new hotkeys ctlr+shift+l are conflicting with bitwarden, maybe ctrl+shitf+m will be better?

It would be nice if it didn't ungroup my groups when merging the windows.

I use this every day, it's simple and beautiful. The only option I wish they would add would be de-duplication during a merge. Maybe just me, but I wind up with lots of duplicates of calendars, gmail, same doc opened in multiple tabs, and wish Merge would collapse them to single instance (and maybe free up some memory in the process).

Memory leak in latest version?? Crashes chrome tabs and makes all pages unresponsive often? I think it's this extension after trouble shooting.

Used to be great, but sorely needs an update to support new Chrome features. If you used this tool nowadays, it completely nukes any tab groups you have created. Since I always use tab groups I will need to uninstall this tool.

很好，但没完全好。 现在chrome有新功能“群组”。 使用该按钮，标签页是能合并到同一个窗口，但是群组却打散了。要是能整个群组都搬运过来就好了。

Normally an easy 5 star for this extension but for some reason, after resetting Chrome and re-installing Merge Windows, Chrome is opening "singleclickapps.com" page at Chrome startup (in additional to empty tab window which is my default). Very annoying.

Simple, one-click use, just have one request in case the dev ever reads the reviews - with Chrome's new group functionality, I often have grouped tabs in another window. When the windows are merged, the grouping is lost. Would love a way to retain groups after merging the windows. Thanks for a great extension.

The most recent update wrecked us... we install this app because we want to merge all windows. Unfortunately, the developer started excluding pop-out windows (e.g., video chats). There is already an 'exclusion' option in the settings of this extension so not sure why it's being done automatically. If there's a way to revert to merge all windows that'd be great.

Since the June 2021 update, FB messenger pop out windows no longer merge with the main browser window. *Update* - Discovered more windows not merging. This extension is nigh on useless for me now.

Works but no option to ignore PWAs. I have PWAs for a bunch of apps and pressing this button breaks them all by pulling those windows into tabs.
