- (2024-05-02) Nick Tomcik: Frequently disconnects from my connect platforms, and the only way to fix it is by removing and re-downloading the extension. If your team is considering Salesloft, just look elsewhere. Nothing but bugs every other week.

- (2024-02-22) London Weiler: Just like all of the other reviews say - this chrome extension is terrible. Have to delete and redownload the extension AT LEAST once per week. Emails and calls don't get logged in Salesforce, dialer disappears and can't make calls, Import button in Salesforce disappears, etc. I've been using this for a year and I can't believe it hasn't had any improvement. We used Outreach before switching to SalesLoft - and Outreach didn't have any of these problems.

- (2024-01-08) Clayton Gordy: Glitches happen constantly. Everyday its something new. BNTouch, HubSpot, or Salesforce will do your sales team more justice compared to Salesloft.

From a work buddy of mine it works fine calling my own number, but from my pc it says phone number incorrect or something like that... I don't have time to reinstall something that should work correct.

- (2023-11-27) Ken Sullivan: When it works it's great. NO OTHER EXTENSION has the issues yours does. Either pay more for developers... Nope, thats it. Hire better engineers. Hundreds of extensions connect with Sales Force, Yours should as well. Reinstalling repeatly is redicuous.

Turning off the extension solves this immediately. I assume this is tied to the dialer in some fashion, even though I have that disabled in the settings. Reinstalling extension did not help, if it's enabled the audio is bad.

- (2023-10-26) Only reason it gets two stars instead of one is because when the extension works, it's fantastic... But it doesn't work all the time, and I uninstall and reinstall it every single day, sometimes twice a day.

Support team is very slow to respond and there are outages that last for hours too days on end. Furthermore our team has to remove and reinstall the extension near weekly to be able to make calls. Not impressed.

Now its completely wigging out when I try to add prospects to cadence directly from SFDC. I have to go back into Salesloft and copy/paste the prospect into search bar then add to cadence from there. Salesloft is really disappointing lately. Especially with how they are handling the recent iOS Sonoma update. Its been weeks and our team still cannot make calls from Chrome. Just awful (Fart noise)

It's hard to combine duplicates within Salesloft as well (if not impossible?)

Is this Frustrating? Yes. Is this leaving a bad impression on my customers? Probably.
