- (2019-08-08) Jeremiah Tims: The only problem I run into is having to close the extension every time before I search another company or it glitches and overlaps the last searched company, making me have to hit exit twice and search again. Quite tedious when I'm trying to do quick searches via a list of companies.

If DiscoverOrg have that business in their reach and human verified data, you just need to click on that extension and that it. This kind of functionality is very time saving for me. I wish DiscoverOrg also add feature or kind of shortout to send website directly to their research team if information is missing. This will enable research team can do their part and let user know about contact information update. This feature should be very easy or just a click away to submit request. - (2019-03-01) Cassie Webster: This tool has made my job a breeze. I have to call "head offices" all the time and having the number show immediately as I enter the site domain is incredible. The additional links and information make every call that much better as well.

It is nice having information right in front of you rather than logging into the website. it is not a complete replacement for some of the more in depth search functions, but it does work well over all.
- (2019-03-01) Erick Lanza: I absolutely love using DiscoverOrg. I've used a few contact databases and DiscoverOrg has been the most accurate with contacts and contact information. If I happen to need someone's contact info that not listed in their database, their research team is great too. They're quick and get back to me fast. I definitely recommend their product. I do want to point out that my experience with DiscoverOrg is only as a end user on an inside sales team.

- (2019-03-01) Sadly, the extension does not work with SalesForce Lightning, at least not with our configuration. We aren't allowed to use the integration app either so I have to jump back to classic if I want to quickly check contact/account data in DiscoverOrg

- (2019-03-01) Clara Lim: Besides random notifications that there are crashes with the plug-in and automatically restarting it, it's not a huge disruption to my work in using the DiscoverOrg Google Chrome Extension. You know how it can be a hassle to switch between tabs. This add-on enabled me to quickly have a view of the relevant information to the database DiscoverOrg has. It made a seamless experience! Glad my organisation has decided to purchase this license and how contact information is constantly updated by the team in D.O.

When I want to prepare for a call with a prospect, I go to their LinkedIn, and the extension is there giving me more details. It's awesome!

- (2019-02-28) The chrome extension is so helpful, easy to use, and non-invasive. Sometimes I run into issues with getting logged out frequently, but that's not the end of the world.
- (2019-02-28) Mixed experiences with this extension, UI is fairly outdated but it does provide relevant information. My biggest complaint is the lack of intelligence - for example: I DO NOT want it to pop up everytime I go to Google.com... This seems like a no-brainer. Sure every sales person would love to sign Google but lets be honest it should be suppressed on the top 5 most commonly visited sites on the internet. To frustrate things more, I often found myself unable to get rid of it/hide it by clicking the big X at the top corner. So I eventually just delete it because it is so buggy.
