Currently the quotes and the background itself takes some time to appear. Ideally, the quotes and background should be cached, and only refreshed irregularly (e.g. once a day). E.g. See Momentum or Tabliss (Firefox) - (2019-09-20, v:2.0.0) Jon W: toggle on/off?

You can't get rid of it and it's really annoying, you can't even get to drive without having to go to your apps.
